I was treated extremely rudely by the pharmacy staff here - mostly the blonde male pharmacy technician. First he turned my mother away when she wanted to speak to the pharmacist because they were busy - understandable I guess. Then I went in an hour later to pick up a script that I thought was ready. First I noticed they were rude to the old man in front of me. Then when it was my turn they rudely told me it would be an hour. Sometimes in the past when I ask if it can be sooner, they can do that, so I asked if it could be any sooner and that my doctor seemed to think it would be ready in 30 mins. The blonde male pharmacy tech started literally yelling at me - "No, you didn't talk to anyone here, its going to be an hour PERIOD." I asked if I could get this script filled at another location and they said I would have to call. I could not get a hold of any other CVS pharmacy so I decide to wait. I go back an hour later and they tell me they had put it on hold because said I was going to fill it elsewhere, which I didn't know about. Then they said if I wanted it filled today I would have to go to a 24 hour location. This entire time I had a migraine and was in extreme pain and just wanted my migraine medicine. Absolutely no sympathy and no inkling of customer service from this CVS pharmacy.

Won’t be going to this location anytime soon. If you have a prescription, I’d advise you stray from here, too. I have had trouble accessing one of my meds, my therapist told me to try a different CVS. The pharmacy technician acted like I was stupid/itching for pills even when I disclosed that it had been several weeks of waiting. Pharmacy techs are supposed to give you options and treat you like your concern matters, not like you’re coming in looking for a fix. I go to a location in a much rougher neighborhood, and they’re always MUCH more professional. You could go to the 10th and Linwood location and get better results than here.

Hours for pharmacy are getting progressively worse. Now they are shutting down at 7 and don't open until 9 - so stopping by en route to work is basically impossible. Hard to believe for a store placed in a key location and serving this demographic. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have been going to this CVS for years out of convenience but today was the last straw. The pharmacy staff is so incredibly unprofessional and rude it’s honestly unbelievable. The pharmacy manager Nicole is the worst of the bunch. The tone of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior obviously starts with her at the top and the techs are happy to follow along. Do not visit this pharmacy if you value your time or sanity.

Just had a really rude and unhelpful experience with an associate at this store. First, I tried self checkout because I had a few electronic coupons that I wanted to make sure would go through, but no luck. When I took everything out of the bag to put back on the shelves, I noticed that she was standing there with a gentleman watching me and a line behind me starting to form and no associate at the register. So I asked the associate to please cancel my order and I will try again. I put everything away, read the coupon's fine print and tried to checkout again. This time I decided to check out with the associate (no one was in line), and again the coupon did not work. She looked at the monitor and said it's not there. I tried to show her my phone and the coupon I was referring to, then I asked her if she knew what coupon I was talking about, she got very defensive and said I work with coupons everyday! I responded to her that I understood but did she know about the $10 coupon off $35 for the Halloween candy. No response, I just got the cold shoulder and she would not help any further. I decided to cancel the order and told her I would go somewhere else.I have no clue what I did to get a reaction the way I did. All I was hoping for was a little help on what I was doing wrong for my coupon not to work. The customer service was not there.

Shawn is the man. Today I came in to exchange a propane tank. He came out to help me and realized that the store was out of propane. He said they ordered it, but there’s just a massive shortage. I was pretty bummed because I had already went to 2 other stores prior and they were out of it. He told me that the store next door might have some, OR the gas station down the road may have some. I was appreciative because I didn’t know where else to look. I went next door, they didn’t have any. I was still bummed, but went to the gas station that he told me about, and BOOM! They had propane!! Shawn was right. This was a major deal to me today. I can’t think Shawn enough. I have had a stressful day and just wanted to come home and make food, but I was out of propane. So then the hunt began, it would have been much longer if I hadn’t seen Shawn. Everyday, we have a hero in our days. Today, Shawn was my hero. Appreciate U Brother.

Hours posted online as well as holiday hours. Walked to the store to find it closed at 2100 when stated open until 2200. Called thinking maybe there's only one person working and they needed to make a restroom break. Let ring for 8 minutes - nobody answered. Failure of simple operational responsibilities.

this is possibly the worse pharmacy inIndianapolis the manager actually told me that the pharmacists are always late horrible customer service seems like they are "put upon " because you wish to pick up your prescription.................. i understand that there is somehow NOW a serious lack of pharmacists but if i'm banking 79,000 a year with the opportunity to make overtime i'd be a little more professional

I’ve been shopping at this CVS for 30 years! The other day, I thought I had a 30% off total purchase coupon with me, so I bought several things that I normally wouldn’t buy at CVS since it’s more expensive. My total was $38. Then I realize I had left my coupon at home. The cashier was nice, and said, No problem. Just come back w your receipt and the coupon and they will re-ring everything, give me a refund. Then I would have to find all of the items, start over but they would honor the 30% coupon. Today I went back. I located all of the items on my receipt but they didn’t have 2 items (same price but different fragrance). So they couldn’t give me the discount on the 2 items. The cashier had to get in guessing the man who was the manager on duty (a thin, older, African American gentleman). He was VERY RUDE to me and said: “We can’t do this any more! It’s too much running around for us to locate the items! (Even tho I am the one who gathered all of the items). He then said, “If you forget you coupon at home, that’s too bad!”WHAT A J**** I’ve spent $1000s of dollars at this CVS I’ve the past 30 years, including my prescriptions for 25 years. I won’t be back! I hope someone from CVS corporate office sees this review!
