After nearly 45 minutes in line to pick up a prescription, and trying to use a valid coupon, the pharmacist said it would take too long to use the coupon so I would have to go to the back of the line and start again if I wanted to use.

Well I thought the reviews were wrong, Turns out, I was. Don't waste your time filling your prescriptions here. I Transferred all mine to a cvs up north. I haven't had 1 issue since. Got to drive further now, but well worth it. Must be management or laziness.

Was discharged from hospital this morning after surgery and prescription for post op pain medicine was sent to this store like 7 hours ago and they still haven't filled it. This is ridiculous, it should never take this long. 0 stars if I could and I know never to use this store ever again.

My grandmother was rudely dismissed by the cashier. Coming in only to pay a bill, the man ripped the money out of her hand, and showed no care in processing her request. I believe a pharmacy should excel at customer relations, and better their employees bed-side manner. We all have bad days but that does not excuse you taking it out on the kind customers, especially those of an older demographic (have respect for our elders).

Absolutely pitiful , I'm 3rd in line to pick up my prescription. Been waiting 30 min. Customer number 2 pulled out and left. Come on pharmacy people have people pull away and come back in 30 minutes when there prescription is ready. There was 9 cars in line and 3 left. Crazy.

This location gives me so many issues everytime I go up there but today was just it. I’ve been trying to pick up pre-natal vitamins for 2 days and it’s just nothing but chaos. I work in a hospital and I was on and off the phone between this location and my doctors office trying to figure out why they cannot receive a simple order. They blamed my doctors office even though I talked to the same nurse 4 times who reassured me she sent it over twice, even did a verbal order since they kept saying they weren’t receiving. These ppl were absolutely terrible and no help whatsoever. Meme even suggested I try another location. Best advice she could give. The nurse actually sent it to Walgreens not even 10mins later. Guess who DID receive it? Not CVS. Just go to Walgreens ppl.

I call in my refills 4days before I run out of meds. They never have my meds ready. I just don't understand and my meds are on auto refill too.

Great service. As a senior, I appreciated the time the checkout person(manager) took in assisting me with my various checkout payment methods. Nice relief. While shopping I was asked several times if I needed assistance finding things.
