Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Read the reviews.... Called in a refill and Doctor sent in one. Both were verified ready. But, get to the store (and the drive-thru is closed!!) and go in, nothing is ready after 4 days! This place has been heading down hill for years, this was the final issue I'm dealing with here.

I have never had a problem with this store. Been going to them for years. It's not the people's fault that they are understaffed and certain meds are not available. Talk to the drug companies. Cussing people out isn't going to help anything.

Be prepared to wait on the phone 30+ minutes for anyone to answer. If you go in, do not use the drive through. At LEAST a 30 minute wait if there is 2 people in front of you. In store isn’t much better. Was told that their phone refill system doesn’t work and if you put in a request for refillBy the automated phone system you have to actually call and confirm it and talk to a person because “they’re over 3 weeks behind” waited 20 min in store for a script I had requested a week prior because they hadn’t even started to refill it. That’s when I was told you had to talk to a person instead of just using their company auto refill phone tree.Honestly I know these people are underpaid but for Christ’s sake. I’m on a medication that literally cannot be missed by even a couple hours! This is the worst pharmacy but unfortunately I can’t go anywhere else due to my insurance.

I have been going there for 6 yrs. People don't realize that sometimes things are out of the staffs control. Insurance, prescription not sent in on time. Not to mention Government guidelines on certain meds, when and how many a person can get. So if you get treated unfair as you say. Maybe take a look in the mirror. You reap what you sow.

Pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful. Especially Kia, the pharmacy tech. She is so hateful and will laugh and antagonize you. She should not be in customer service IMO. In addition, they never have my prescriptions in stock. Even though I have been getting the SAME prescriptions every single month for years. My insurance is through CVS so I don’t have a pharmacy choice and the one down the street has drive by shootings so I don’t go there. It seems like all CVS pharmacies are like this any more anyway. They don’t care. Staff is overwhelmed and over worked and take out their frustrations on their patients/customers.

The male Pharmacist has lied 3 times now regarding 2 different prescriptions. He has gone as far as telling me that my insurance co (Blue Cross Blue Shield) took it upon themselves to change the dosage and quantity of one of my prescriptions and everyone in the universe knows they cannot do this, in which they didn't He not only not only blatantly lies continuously, he has also taken it upon himself to cut one of my prescriptions in half twice now in the last month plus never added the 3 refills that were to be attached both times. There has been plenty of stock in which I checked.... He has caused myself, my Dr and my insurance company A LOT of needless time spent because of his incompetence over and over and over.Needless to say, they have lost my business.

This is the absolute worst CVS in the WORLD. Do not use this pharmacy they lie and NEVER know when stuff will be filled. Please use the CVS in Target by Washington Square. They always have your medicine and will let you know if they are out. Also very well organized. Again do not use this horrible location 10001 E Washington…..please use 10202 E Washington inside of target!!Any review that is good at this location don’t believe it ESPECIALLY about the pharmacy it definitely has to be the employees writing those. There’s a reason this place has 2.9 stars.

I have been suffering from a fever and infection for two days now. This pharmacy was told to fill my antibiotics and twice filled the wrong prescription. Then, they claimed the prescription was sent to a different CVS that I have never visited, that was already closed. If they had tried to fill the correct prescription in the first place, we would have had time to go to the other store. The other CVS finally told use the correct pharmacy to visit, and actually ATTEMPTED to have the prescription transferred. This CVS did not attempt anything to fix the problem at all.

Just left this store. Stood up by the registers for 10mins. Nobody ever came up to help me. There were 2 workers stocking. Neither asked if I needed help. I just needed something faxed. This store must get ripped off a lot. With no one at the register. I could've walked out with armfuls of stuff. This was a reminder why I don't ever shop at CVS.

Dont believe the hours. I pulled up at exactly 9pm. Only needed a pack of batteries. The manager was slicing his hand back and forth by his throat and saw there was a couple customers. I hope he needs sonething from somewhere and is inconvenienced. They act like we live in a small town. Actually the small towns are keeping their doors open longer.
