I switched to this CVS at 6010 Emerson Avenue many years at another CVS by St. Francis Hospital.
I had been with the other CVS for many years.
Then my favorite pharmacist left because he was burned out and then parking became ridiculous.
I found a better CVS and closer to my home. The pharmacist, Jazz is wonderful and I needed advice with this cough that wouldn’t go away.
He suggested I better go see the doctor because it had gone on too long.
He was right - I had come down with bronchitis and it took a month to get over it.
I give this CVS five stars because the pharmacist are very knowledgeable and wonderful. The employees are helpful too!

Waited for nearly two hours for my prescription, then was only given half of it. Requested a refill and gave them a call and left a voicemail. Called again a few hours later and no one ever answered. Very poor customer service, I highly recommend going to any other pharmacy.

24 hours sounds great - wrong! The drive through randomly closes when they are short staffed, they do NOT answer multiple voicemails and you will never get through to speak to a pharmacist. Trust me I would do everything in the app if it allowed me to.
Even transferring my prescriptions away continues to be a major hassle. I put all of my prescriptions OFF auto-refill yet CVS keeps auto refilling them - desperate for more money I suppose. I've turned off auto-refill so many times. I finally got so fed up I drove to the location and went through the drive through to speak with a pharmacist to tell them to please CANCEL all to my prescriptions. The first lady sounded like she could help me and the drive through line was very lengthy and she told me it would be easier if I could come inside to cancel them. NO - it would not be easier. I've tried multiple calls for weeks and no way to message through the app so I am not going to park and walk in to be shuffled to the end of your line again. So a second lady comes to help me and agrees to cancel ALL of my prescriptions. Well I open the damn app several weeks later and yet again CVS has auto refilled a prescription I do not need and have asked to first have it transferred, and then to have it cancelled.
I hate CVS with a passion and will let everyone know that Amazon pharmacy is 100x easier and as always had a very competent English speaking representative to speak with me about transferring my prescriptions. I am a Prime member and haven't paid a delivery fee for prescriptions yet and one prescription is even cheaper without insurance than with. Amazon makes it easy to compare.
And lastly I am OVER the constant badgering from CVS to get my flu shot and a vac shot...CVS must be making like $50 a shot because this promo is front and center in every email and on every webpage and on every voice mail. If I wanted the shot and vax I would have gotten it by now.
I understand all of this is not the pharmacists' fault but I truly hate the CVS corporation and how difficult they make things.
The app is trash and as soon as I can get CVS to stop renewing prescriptions I will never be using them again for anything.

The team member who assisted me at the Pharmacy is very rude. She is not tactful and not customer oriented. Most of the members are nice, but she needs customer service training.

Jason the pharmacist Goes above and beyond to help his patience I want to thank you for your help today when the pharmacy CVS closed early on Thompson and Arlington They are always closing that location. It’s been going on for months now you would think that they would already hired somebody for this location at this time. I think I’m gonna remove all my medication from this location and go to Cvs . I want to tell you thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me today.

I called with a concern on a prescription. Actually they gave me an item ive never used and never asked me about it at pick up. When I called (which now you have to leave a message and they call you back) Sydnee was very rude, didn’t want to listen to my concerns, and kept cutting me off to tell me theres nothing she was going to do and I would have to call my insurance myself. When i asked for her name she replied with “i already told you, im not telling you again. “. Someone should let her know she is in the wrong field. She clearly hates people and does not want to help them. Ive delt with her attitude on multiple occasions and i’m over it! Give her a retraining course or fire her!
Unsympathetic and rude!

The day shift never ever answers the phone, hours go by and no one picks up , like my God some things are time sensitive. Absolutely no excuse for not picking up for hours on end . Seriously this location needs looked into.

Really unpleasant, your manager Jagdip should teach you manners and above all how to treat a customer..
He should learn from his other colleagues that they are doing very well.
That guy really needs to learn not to judge customers just by their appearance.

The ONE thing I go in to purchase ADVIL COLD AND SINUS LIQUID GELS they NEVER have them in Stock. This last time they just substituted the other type and rang them up so I had to ask for a refund. The problem is when I went elsewhere to purchase the LIQUID GELS told me I was over my legal limit. Apparently they record when you buy but don’t take it off when you return it.
