EXTREMELY rude woman running the pharmacy today. I am out of my meds for depression and anxiety, just running errands today. They technically go only lunch from 1:30 - 2pm - this rude woman turned me away at 1:25. I have to come back to get my meds, but her unnecessary rudeness and lack of kindness was appalling. I understand she obviously hates her job and has a crappy life and probably is very unhealthy mentally to treat a random stranger that way, but maybe she shouldn’t work in a job that deal won’t her public and her health. She should not be working in a pharmacy at all with her rude behavior. Do not go here if you can. Avoid the rude people who run the pharmacy

I felt so sorry for the tech running the registers at the pharmacy. They were running all 3 registers themself. With a line a mile long. Not fair to the employee at all.

Severely understaffed. Drive-Through isn’t convenient at this location

The worst CVS. The people that work the pharmacy are rude. It's insanely slow and poorly managed. Been trying to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy and they aren't letting it go through. It's exhausting. Don't go here.

This location is a JOKE. I’ve been sitting at the pick up spot for 15 minutes and 4 employees have all looked at me and walked past. The sad part is this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I cannot wait to move so that I never have to use this pharmacy again. I wish I could give negative stars

The “doctor” there is a joke, told her I was a veteran with my card on me and she said “either pay cash or figure it out” zero respect all for anyone there. What a joke…. Ps says on the door “we take care of veterans” ya right

I went into this CVS to purchase an herbal supplement I had previously bought at another CVS, but couldn't locate it. I asked the cashier at the pharmacy if he would look it up for me to see if they carried it, but he directed me to the consultation person. She looked annoyed that I was there. I asked her for help, but she said I had to ask the front of the store help. Why was I directed to someone who couldn't help me? I do not know why the pharmacy doesn't have access to the stock info. If someone walked up with stock and wanted to purchase it along with a prescription, couldn't they? I walked up to the front desk. The cashier there was walking up to the counter along with other customers, who had a few items, including vodka, which CVS keeps locked up. After she finished with them, I asked if she could see if the supplement was in stock. The cashier said she was new and didn't know how to help me. She said if she could ring up the person behind me, we could go find the manager. I asked why we couldn't go find the manager? I was ahead of the person behind me. She said it was against store policy for her to leave the counter unattended. I had just seen her do that with the people ahead of me. I can find no logic in any of this.

The CVS app allowed me to make an appointment for the same day to get a vaccination before I went in to work! So helpful! Unfortunately, when I arrived at the pharmacy, they could find no record of my appointment, and it turned out that they had canceled it while I was driving there. They agreed to still give me my vaccines, which was nice, though it took a long time. Later in the day, I made appointments for my spouse and child for vaccines, and again they had appointments available at off hours! Great! Again, on our drive there, we received messages saying that our appointments had been canceled. This time, the pharmacist said that she had not had enough help earlier in the day, so she had started canceling appointments. Help had subsequently arrived, but she would not administer their vaccines. She offered to reschedule a new appointment, but only between 10 AM and 4 PM. The reason we were there was because it is difficult for us to find time during those hours to get to our primary care office. Overall, I would not recommend CVS pharmacy based on this experience. As Jerry Seinfeld memorably said, “you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.”

The CVS phone tree is an awful thing.
