The Employees personal tries 😔 to attend to all customers who are needing assistance ✔️ I have no issues with staff personal 👌 It's this online (which serves no purpose because if they never help me,) It's always: "no this ain't right" - "No this is incorrect" - "No" - "no" - "no" - nope - nope! " that ain't it' no! - no!... When I'm doing everything accordingly? I know I'm right!!! It makes me so angry and frustrated "You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't

The young lady working the pharmacy drive through yesterday afternoon around 430 was so professional and friendly, she deserves recognition for her kindness, I hope her boss commends her. Thank you young lady for putting a smile on my face!

This store needs retrained on customer service expectations. There cosmetic aisles are all locked up. They announced twice that assistants was needed in those sections and all employees were on there phone.

This CVS consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness and ensures that its shelves are well-stocked. The employees demonstrate a commendable level of helpfulness and professionalism. The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians consistently go above and beyond to assist customers with any medication-related concerns. They also exhibit exceptional proficiency in handling insurance-related matters.

If I could rate a zero star for this place of work I would. A manager who talks crap about the employees behind there back to other employees and then you have everyone talking about each other. Very toxic environment and a disgusting place to be or work.

This store just randomly decides when there employees have a party to go to that night or they are done working to set whatever store hours they choose. Decided to count the drawers down 10 minutes early and lock the doors seven minutes early. They claimed their names are Betty and Koby (unsure). I needed Benadryl for my child. Change your store hours if you’re not gonna stay open till the listed time of close. Then when I called, she gave me nothing but attitude and put me on hold to speak to manager. After ten minutes waiting she picked up phone, laughed and hung up on me.

Haylee and April were the best ever with the help and tips they offered me to help me in my situation with my cracked in half tooth and helping me with transferring my prescriptions to a CVS pharmacy that was open and very helpful in offering other over the counter medicine solutions!!! Ty my fellow South Siders!!

The pharmacy lady gave me an old prescription refill. I had to pay for the medicine that I didn't need. Also, she was too busy listening to a video on her cellphone. She gave me two bags and ignored me completely. One bag was the correct medicine I needed; the other bag was an old prescription that they refilled. Poor customers service.

Drive thru pharmacy SUCKS. They send me texts telling me to pick up my prescription before they throw it out but then have me wait in line at the drive thru for well over 15 min. I was stuck in between 2 cars and COULD NOT go around so I had NO CHOICE but to wait. Its 90° outside and the air was out in my car so I about died....LITERALLY. The first person in line never rang the bell, honked, knocked at a window. She's better than me. I will now have my prescriptions sent somewhere else where customers are valued and appreciated. ✌️
