We were assigned to a different ‘dreammaker’ than who helped us during our service. Luckily, Amy stepped in and was super helpful throughout our bridal consultation appointment. It felt like a majority of what they had were ballgowns, but overall Amy helped to make it a positive experience.

Not all employees are friendly. Getting your wedding dress is one of the biggest moments in your life. I think the employees need to show excitement and enthusiasm while helping you for the biggest day.
