Why is it that every large company thinks it's ok to replace a human with a kiosk that makes the customer do everything. I walked in to have lab work and not anyone in sight. I then saw the kiosk and followed the directions which ended in being told to see the front desk where no human was at anymore. As much as this place charges for lab work you think they could find a good secretary to assist patients. This is what's wrong with greed. More profits for the company and less customer care and service for the people they serve. The company looks at it like no salary, no benefits, not 401k and no training. I called my Dr after my visit and told him to find a new lab that employees humans.

Only reason I'm here is b/c I have to get a test done for a new job opportunity. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or what but wow! I don't think I've ever waited nearly two hours to pee in a cup. Just wow! Once in the room, the nurse did advise that she was the only person - very sad. The specimen bathroom is horrendous and defiantly needs a makeover.

Run away. Had a 9:30 appt. Waited in the car for the text to come in and it said someone would call my name./ I went in. There were 10 people in the tiny waiting room and I could see no one in the room. I waited in the hall. I received four more texts telling me the lab was ready for me, but no one had called my name. Finally at 9:40 I stepped further into the room and there was a young lady behind a reception window, but she was hidden from the door by a banner that was sitting on the floor. I told her who I was and asked for my script. I told her the Dr. sent it to them, she looked put off and then she started digging for the paperwork the doctor had sent to their office. They found part of the paperwork, but not all of it and she asked me to "wait a while while she looked for it." I left. I don't like the building Quest is in, but they at least didn't screw up the process like this.

This facility is so poorly run that it should be shut down. I saw some bad reviews, but I was skeptical, because how bad could it really be just to go somewhere and pee in a cup? The answer is very bad. Their lack of professionalism and hygienic standards were absolutely shocking. From the handling of personal data to the handling of biological waste, I cannot believe this facility operates legally. First, the waiting room is tiny, and they don't do a great job of enforcing social distancing. The check in is on a touch screen. I guess because of COVID, the person working there was doing the touchscreen part for everyone. Even though I handed her the form, she kept asking me my personal information to type on the screen. So I had to give my name, birthdate, and address out loud in front of all the other people waiting in this tiny room. Once it was my turn, they took me into a room that resembled a doctor's exam room, but very, very messy, and with a door to a small bathroom in the corner. There was another woman working on a computer in the corner, and I could see other patients' personal information on her screen. The tech handed me a cup and told me to go pee in it, and then bring it back out to her. I went into the bathroom, which had basically just a toilet and toilet paper, no sink, no paper towels, no wipes, nothing else. I peed into the cup and brought it out (no lid). There was a sink in the office room, so I washed my hands, but notably, the tech handling my urine never did. She motioned for me to set the pee cup down next to where she was filling out my forms. She filled out some forms, had me sign, and then started handling the pee cup. She poured it into some smaller vials, doing all of this while holding the containers above all my forms. She then filled out some more forms and handed me the pen again to sign. She never washed her hands or changed gloves throughout any of this. I can only assume that her gloves and then pen also had other people's pee on them. The only positive thing I can say is that they were relatively fast. I'm so glad I didn't have to get any blood drawn, because I would not trust them to take even the most basic sanitary precautions.

Oh the unprofessionalism! Where do I even begin? If you don't enjoy your job, if you don't like people, whatever the situation, PLEASE find something else to do! I detest the fact that I have to have blood work done monthly because of a medication I took. I'm not a drug addicted loser, which is the treatment I received. But what makes it even worse is having to go to a place like Lab Corp to fulfill the mandatory check in! I have to find another location because I refuse to subject myself to these people again. The facility itself is dirty and the receptionist is dreadful. The phlebotomist was pleasant but not the remaining staff members. I'm so frustrated.

I went in for a urine drug test for employment. I had an appt at 11:30 but got there at 11:15. I was done and out the door by 11:25. The girl before me didn't have an appt and was called back after half an hour. Wasn't busy or crowded, only seemed to be one lady working but she was very polite and quick.
