Highly recommended fireplace dealer. Rob was my customer service contact and did good follow up. Josh did a maintenance check on my Heat and Glo fireplace and also replaced the Wi-Fi module. He did a great job and I will contact Dealers Wholesale again if I need maintenance in the future.

I am so appreciative of the help and care I got here! I especially want to shout out to Taylor who went to great lengths to solve my fireplace part problem. The only reason I dropped 1 star is that it's hard to get through to them by phone. Don't let that deter you! They worked hard to get the information and part I needed.
