I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for monthly pedicures and, for the most part, have had positive experiences. The staff is generally friendly and skilled, although I’ve occasionally felt a bit rushed when the salon is busy with multiple walk-ins waiting.
This past visit, however, was disappointing. Four of the regular technicians were on vacation, leaving only two employees available during a typically high-traffic time. I went in hoping to get a simple set of acrylic nails with a basic design—something I assumed would be no issue, given my previous satisfaction with their pedicure services.
Upon arrival, I was informed that several technicians were out, but I didn’t think much of it. I showed the technician a reference photo, and he assured me, “I got it—do you want the shape too?” I confirmed, expecting he understood the full look I wanted. He proceeded to apply, shape, and file the nails, but once another customer returned, he rushed through the painting without referencing the photo again or gathering the correct colors for the design.
When I asked about the design, he simply stated, “I don’t know how to do designs. I only said I could do the shape.” (Design I requested is pictured below) This was incredibly frustrating, especially since he never communicated that up front. I asked him to remove the polish from the few nails he had painted and paid only for the acrylic application.
Ultimately, I had to go to a second salon nearby to have the polish and design completed, resulting in additional time and unnecessary expense.
My advice to future customers: before your service begins, be sure to confirm exactly what the technician can and cannot do—especially if you’re requesting a specific design. Clear communication upfront can save you both time and money.

I used to be a regular, but the last 2 times I have tried to get a pedicure the wait time is excessive. Today there were two employees and one customer and the wait was quoted at approximately 45 min to one hour. I think they have a staffing issue.

Terrible Experience – Do NOT Recommend
I normally don’t leave negative reviews — out of the dozens I’ve written with tens of thousands of views, only three have been 1-star. This is one of them.
I went to Deja Vu Nails in Indianapolis for the first time and paid $40 + $8 tip for a clear gel manicure. Gel manicures typically last me a month. This one didn’t even make it 5 days before it started breaking down completely.
I called ahead and spoke with Jenni, who told me to come back and she would take care of it. I drove 45 minutes, passing at least 30 other nail salons, trusting they’d stand behind their work. Instead, they said they would only redo my nails for half the cost — as if it were my fault their product failed.
I explained I’ve NEVER had a gel manicure deteriorate like that. They pushed back, suggesting I must have banged my fingers or maybe “gel just doesn’t stick to my nails.” Really? That’s your professional explanation?
Despite talking to them about customer service, accountability, and earning repeat business, they refused to correct the issue without charging me. I finally asked them just to remove the product, and they did — but then mentioned they usually charge $20 just for removal. Had they tried to charge me for that too, I honestly would’ve called the police.
Bottom line: They do not stand behind their work, and the customer service was defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. I believe in supporting small businesses that take pride in what they do — this was not that. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Do not go here.

The pedicure was okay but I would not recommend getting your nails done here the work is awful and no one really does a good job on your nails and mine has been done by everyone that works there and I have always been disappointed and they always have to correct their mess ups which cost me time

They give the best Pedicure and there massage chair get me relaxed. I get the Deluxe package and add one of their many choices to fix your skin mood. Today I went with Lemon Quench for Dehydrated skin. Always a happy customer when I leave. ♥ ?

I asked food my nails to be trimmed a little bit and she dam near cut my nails all the way off my nails have never been this short I have to find a nail salon that knows what their doing so upset. Quality is not there she put 3 coats of gel polish on my nails who does that

This place is horrible the lady scrub the side of my foot so hard she cut it to the flesh and didn’t offer to take any money off, my daughter had a hang nail on her foot & I told her not to pull it she did anyway left her foot sore than what it already was this place is just horrible don’t recommend

I had to go two days in a row to get my nails done over with the gel polish that kept chipping. The nails were poorly done and I will not be back.

I do not recommend you to go there because look how my acrylic nails look like **** uneven gel and powder.. it not worth $45. She take 2 hrs to do my Acrylic that how I know she gonna mess up my nails but I still pay full price.

I have had such great experiences here. Jenny is great, she is so nice and always remembers me when I come in if it has been a while (I moved so it was a further drive). She does a great service with eyebrow waxing as well. I got a full set 2 weeks ago and wanted them short. She is the first who has actually gotten the length correct. I can't tell you how happy I was with them. They stayed very well and didn't break. The nail shop is very clean and I appreciate the furniture being well kept. I will be staying with this shop and will be going back for my fill-in.
