I have been using DHL for years without issue. Now they miss delivered 2 of my package and this location isn't responding to the request to retrieve them. Customer support keeps telling me they will update me when this location responds.
Edit: Both my packages have been safely redelivered. Thank you to all the customer support agents involved.
Also might want to add that if you have multiple miss delivered packages that you need to open multiple support tickets per tracking number.

Believe all of the negative reviews. I was home all day yesterday and not once was a delivery attempted. Not only did they not attempt a delivery during the estimated delivery time period, the courier also lied and said a delivery attempt was made and no one was home/available. No one ever showed up or knocked on my door.

Delivered my package to wrong house my address is clearly on front of house and guess they don't read address so now I'm out my money and package because a lack of doing your job right, like always probably won't hear back for anyone they just read and forget all about you, and it's not my fault the drivers can read and address or just don't care or keep the stuff for them selves Wheres My Package

They only received the 1 star because zero was not an option. The drivers do what they want and packages aren't delivered in a timely manner. The driver lied and said attempts were made to deliver and it was not true. Imagine sitting for hours waiting for a delivery and you get a notification saying a delivery was attempted when in fact DHL never showed up. Terrible experience.

Driver never even came to the door. Drove to the office to receive in person, because of the name was off even tho I showed proof of purchase and THE SAME ADDRESS ON MY ID as shipping address, they said wait for it to deliver. What a joke.
