In this day and age companies can't afford to not have customer service. I asked for 3 pairs of shoes and that was the end of the interaction with the sales associate. Luckily I'm honest and I left 2 pairs on the bench.
It's worth mentioning I had to break up 4 employees to get help. The associate then scanned every shoe to tell me I had to buy it online or I had to inform him that the website said the shoes was in stock. I normally buy shoes from GOAT and this is why. I wanted to try shoes new shoes for daily wear and I'm unfamiliar with Hoka, NB, and Asics is the only reason I traveled the 30 minutes, regretfully. This is from a former Footlocker and Foot Action manager.
These stores are way too comfortable and that's why I come here to let them know I can shop elsewhere. The cashier was awesome!

Went in yesterday on Tuesday September third with my boyfriend. An employee with a red shirt (likely a manager) was consistently hovering over and following us as we browsed the store. He had not interacted with us at all or asked if we needed help, but the constant following of us around the store was stalker like and made us feel uncomfortable. Don’t recommend going if you look young. you’re automatically a trouble maker in their eyes.

0 stars. Nobody here wants to ACTUALLY work. We ordered a treadmill over 2 months ago and they were supposed to come and install it 3 times now and have rescheduled every single time. I could not be more dissatisfied and will consider returning the damn thing because they do not even deserve our money at this point. Sorry for anyone who actually does their job here because somehow I was stuck with every other person who doesn’t want to work. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING that requires install for your home because they clearly do not give a damn about that part of their business. Lazy, unorganized, inefficient, and unreliable. Will not use this location ever again.

I love this location! The staff is always helpful and the selection seems bigger/more varied than others. I had the pleasure to meet Bill today in the golf department today. Not only did he give me some suggestions on clubs, he even gave/showed me tips on my putting game. Go see him and he’ll get you right!
