I’ve been with this studio since February of this year, I think I’ve had almost all of the instructors for most of the offered classes. I love them so much! The staff, the support, the welcoming community..I’ve grown so much this year physically and mentally thanks to DID Fit

Booked a class for this weekend and details/recommendations are below.The class: Great! The instructor played music that we liked. She brought out a money gun. She even helped some of our ladies with the tricks she taught us. The class was an amazing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something fun to do with the girls. (Just remember that you’re basically signing up to work out and your body will be sore lol)The planning/booking process: Solid 2/5. You can only book a month in advance (which is fine) but I booked through Groupon and was told over the phone that the time I booked on Groupon was not valid. Also was told I’d get an email confirmation stating what my group should bring and any other rules within weeks of my appointment only to have to call about 8 times in a row when it was 3 days away. The communication leading up to this booking was poor. I hope it’s something that can be improved because its the reason this business gets 3 stars instead of 4.

I really love this studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. There are different classes for different dance styles as well as aerial all in one place. The other students have been incredibly welcoming too. Give it a try!

Came for a Bach party and we were lucky to have the owner teach our silk class!! She was phenomenal and showed us a great time while celebrating the bride! Very skill appropriate for beginners and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I booked a Silks party for my sister's bachelorette party and it was an absolute BLAST! Katie was our instructor and she was so fun and helpful and so very welcoming. It was a great workout and a ton of fun, I would absolutely recommend it! If I were local I'd definitely sign up for any of their classes.

I’ve been going to DID Fit for 2 years (3 in October) and it’s become a second home of mine. It’s where I spend most of my time. The atmosphere is fantastic. The instructors are absolutely amazing, everyone is so sweet and welcoming, and the classes are so fun! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to explore fitness. It’s great for everyone whether you’re just breaking into fitness and aerial sports or whether you’ve been in fitness/aerial sports for a while. I’ve even introduced the studio to several friends and my significant other.

We had a girls day here. There were eight of us. It was a blast!! The instructor was super sweet and patient with us. We will definitely be taking additional classes in the near future.

Let me just start by saying, I've never been somewhere so welcoming to absolutely everyone. I've been a regular at this studio since mid-July 2022 and absolutely love all of the classes. There's a little bit of something for everyone between Pole, Lyra, Silks, Liquid Motion, Yoga, and more! All of the instructors are absolutely fabulous and are great at what they do. They are detailed in the instruction, able to spot for some of the more difficult tricks for safety, and just genuinely great people to talk to. Not only are the instructors friendly, but so is everyone else in the classes. Everyone cheers for each other's accomplishments and want to see their peers succeed. If you're on the fence for trying out a class, definitely do!

I’ve been going here for years . I recently started coming back after taking a year off. I booked a class with Julianne & it was amazing. She is so so good. I also had a private with Adrie & she just made me feel so good about myself. Taking a year off is a lot for a poler but having these ladies cheering me on made me realize how much I miss pole. 10/10 recommend DID FIT ! They are welcoming and genuinely care about teaching and helping fellow polers reach their goals .

The studio is amazing! While I’ve taken private lessons with Mimi and Shelby, all of the coaches and students I’ve interacted with are so encouraging. The more I do, the more I love it! ❤️

Came upon studio when I was in town for work. Took open pole and level two pole with Julianne. she was great and all the girls in class were friendly and supportive as well. While the location is not ideal (in an industrial part of of the city), the studio itself is beautiful, with so many apparatus: pole, silks, Lyra, and more... I was impressed. Clean. Overall, definitely would recommend.

So my gf says look be ready at 11 am on Saturday we got more adventures. We both turn 49 this month so we have set out to get something new. This was the best class ever. She's into fitness and I'm in chocolate. But we had a great time and we will be back to try other Classes.
