Had an appointment but still had to wait 2 hours to be told a need a new $200 tire. Went to another shop and they repaied my flat... So disappointed in Discount Tire over this.

they put my weight on my wheels on the inside and they put like five on one one wheel and four each other wheel and three another the dent rotate my wheels and tires. They didnāt roll for him road force them, and didnāt do it. They stripped out our lug nut.

I went in for an alignment and new tires. They got it all done, i paid $2,100.00 and left. The steering wheel wasn't straight so I went back same day to get another alignment and steering wheel still wasn't straight. I went back a 3rd time and finally got the issue corrected. Today I broke down in Princeton, IN because my lug nuts were coming off my truck. This has been the worst tire buying experience I've ever ever had. Very disappointed because I have the free balance and rotation service with my tires but I can't trust them to torque my lug nuts down to spec. Update i have contacted by the store about these issues and faulty torque wrenches were to blame. I will be going back for a balance and rotate soon and update more.

They are always the top in customer service. They are kind and seem to treat everyone the same. I'm as queer as a $3 and several places will talk to me like I'm an idiot. They are extremely professional and seem to run a tight ship. All this plus their road hazard protection; I'll never go anywhere else.

Excellent service! I had scheduled my car for new tires and paid online. When I walked inside to drop my car off, the place was very busy. Even with a lobby full of people they made sure everyone was helped. Also it didn't take them long to put 4 new tires on and an alignment. I definitely recommend going here for your tire needs!

Usually Iām very happy with the service I get with DT. This last time I just needed some tires mounted on the rims that I brought myself and new sensors installed I requested the old sensors and tires back which they did not do. They threw them away even tho paperwork says clearly to keep them. After making them aware and waiting 20 minutes they magically āfoundā my sensors and told me how one broke. This wasnāt even my sensor. I know this because the ID didnāt match. And I never did get the tires back. Needless to say Iām pissed because this wasnāt a hard request. Which caused me to lose money. I would like a refund for this but have not received it yet so I might have to submit a chargeback with my credit card company.
