Discount Tire is a tire store and rim shop in northeast Indianapolis offering a wide selection of tires and wheels for cars, SUVs, and trucks. They provide services including tire installation, rotation, balancing, flat repair, and free air pressure checks. The location stocks popular brands and can order specific combinations. Customer experiences vary. Many find the people nice and helpful, praising the prompt service and the ease of replacing tires with purchased insurance. Some report great experiences, including free flat repairs even on tires not bought there, with updates provided during service. However, there are consistent complaints about wait times, with some customers waiting much longer than quoted without their car being worked on. Another noted issue is service quality, as one customer left with all tires at incorrect air pressures, requiring a return visit. Despite the drawbacks, many customers recommend the location and continue to use their business.
Great customer service at this location!! Bill assisted me and he was able to find me 4 new tires at a really affordable price. The store was clean and the staff were attentive to the customers. When I end up needing tires again, I will definitely give this location a call first!!

Sensor popped on while driving down the highway and we exited quick to get our tires checked. It turned out to be a sensor malfunction but Jeffrey checked all the tires, reset my sensor, and never applied any sales pressure. I truly appreciate the quick help and service with a smile!
