It's just ridiculous. You go in there at 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon, with about 12 people in line, and one person running the Register. Other employees just walking around the store. Zero urgency to get people checked out and on there way.

Not sure what the employees name is, long curly hair, he likes to close up early. Store is still supposed to be open for another 10 minutes and he likes to lock up. Like I just need to grab a thing of baby wipes bit this dude is too lazy to keep the store open for the hours it's supposed to be open.

It would be nice for the store to open on time. Sometimes we hsve to stop before work. The lady opening rolled up at 8 am when store was supposed to be opened

Showed up at 4:10 on a Saturday and they were closer to stock… they always close early and are never there. Store owners must not care but poor business

Showed up last night at 8:36pm, cause I looked at the clock. I had a sick child at home and needed Gatorade, crackers and popsicles and was told it was closed as she was pulling the doors closed! Per website they close at 9!! I was NOT happy. Had to drive even further to Meijer. If you close at 9, then I should be able to shop until 9!!!! Not told to go elsewhere.

Very rude. On 12/24/23 at 9:51a the cashier never greeted me or said thank you at any point. It was almost as if she didn't like my outward appearance from the start. She needs to be trained ASAP on common courtesy

Yikes! Went in DG on S. Arlington and it was pretty dirty on the inside and very bad on the outside. I actually watched their landscaping crew ride over and weed eat the trash on the ground instead of picking it up. ? Their landscaping crew is awful! The place just looks trashy but hey, it’s a Dollar General. Corporate/franchise owner clearly doesn’t care about appearance and this is what DG’s do to a neighborhood. ??♂️

Ordered for store pickup, they replaced unavailable items with ones that had cheaper price and even raised price to eliminate discount. Staff refused to make corrections in store.

This is a wonderful store!!! I drive past 3 other Dollar General’s to come to this specific location. Yes, they have stock in boxes/carts in the aisles. However, they are VERY short staffed so I overlook this situation.. Even though working long hours and being short staffed they are still friendly and professional.. They always smile and assist when asked.. Their shelves are usually stocked for the most part. They are experiencing the same product shortages as other stores due to the commerce/transportation issues. I am REALLY GLAD THEY HAVE CLOTHES!!!! I have been a long time Dollar General clothes shopper… Good quality low price…. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work!!
