Says they have RC cola 6 pks in stock on line but never any on the shelf. We stop there 2 times a week and only found them 1 out of last 7 times. Have to pay more to get them at the CVS down the road.

I often shop at this Dollar General because it’s close to my home, and there aren't any similar stores nearby, making me a regular customer by necessity. However, if there were other options, I wouldn't return.
**Positives:** The staff is generally friendly, which is appreciated.
**Negatives:** The aisles are frequently blocked with merchandise that’s being stocked, which wouldn’t be a significant problem if it didn’t hinder access to other products. For example, yesterday, I visited the store intending to buy a specific decoration. While I could see the decorations, they were obstructed by other items, making it nearly to reach them. This inconvenience resulted in a lost sale of approximately $30, as I couldn’t get to the item. I wonder how many people leave for the same reasons and how much revenue they have lost.
**Additional Issue:** The store only operates one cash register, leading to longer-than-necessary wait times. They previously had self-checkout registers, but those have been permanently closed, further contributing to delays.

If I could rate this experience a 0, I would. I just went there with my family and the cashier that was attending all of us treated us as we were inhumane just because she didn't want to be upfront as a cashier. This employee needs to not be apart of that team and the things that she did and said to others was beyond prejudice. It wasn't until a nice gentleman came in and took over that made things a bit better. I will not be returning.

Better after remodel, but customer service would be better. Self checkouts are pushed on you.

I need cooperate to call me ASAP. I tried calling the store and got no answer. I bought a thing of pringles at this location by the register and I went to open them and they were already open and half eaten!!!! This is disgusting! I have the receipt

Racism still exists. Male Caucasian cashier would not speak and stepped back away from the register when I checked my credit card out. He spoke to every Caucasian in the store.

What are the correct hours for this store? I came by tonight and there was a group of three people standing out side signaling for cars to leave at 8:30 PM. I have been to this location one other time at 3 PM, and it was also closed. If you could please let us know when you plan on being open, update your store hours online, attached to your door, and let your employees know that would be great!

I am so done with this store!! It is always a mess with carts and crates everywhere! It's impossible to even push a cart through this store and even if you CAN get to the aisle/shelf you need, it'sprobably empty anyway because nothing has been stocked. They need new management. The store on Thompson and Arlington is always clean and stocked so nicely. It's a farther drive for me but that's where I will be going from now on.
