I stopped in front of the store in the driving lane, got accused of parking in the fire lane which is blocked off . I didn't not go in and shop I stopped to adjust my dogs seat belts and an employee came out and said , she was calling someone and took a pic of my plate. I'll never do business here with employees so unfriendly and making fakse accusations.

Was finishing my cigarette WELL over the 8 foot mark and this man comes on the loud speaker warning me about loitering. Bro, I JUST walked up and to the side away from the door by the smokers oasis. Wanna know how to prevent customers from shopping at your place of business? Offend then before they even walk to the door. Customer service rep explains they get smash and grabbed all the time..well you should have pice at the door. The bank doesn't do that. Walgreens doesn't do that.
AS SOON as I walked up and stepped away from the door MORE THAN 8 feet, I'm being warned that the cameras is on. It's 2025. If you use fake cameras, that's your fault. If a criminal commits a CC rime, that's his or hers.
Thats a easily avoidable trigger. Y'all wrong for that. That's worse than me walking to work and people hitting their car alarm 10 times.

Ok I should have learned my lesson the first 3 times, but this is the closest store with reasonable prices on medicine. My 5th time today getting something expired, except today it wasn't past the expiration date. Its less than 30 days to expire. I asked the doordash person to check the expiration date. I guess some people don't care when it's not there money. I even had expired water from 2023.Im over it and I'm calling someone since they can't get it together maybe they need a boost.

I was hoping they would be open because it says open at 8 am and nope. I saw the employee peak out the door and go back. This is really an inconvenience.

Very unprofessional service. Discriminatory and disrespectful staff who call cops on customers just for being parked in front to grab an item when there is literally NO OTHER customer. Don't go there unless you want to be treated like excrement by these disrespectful creatures. 0 star. Especially the female cashiers who act like they owe no decency to their customers.

If you are a dasher avoid this store. I was doing a doordash order in there the other night and was having trouble locating one item. I asked a store employee where I could find the item and he said I am not allowed to help the dashers. I finally found it and the rest of what the customer was wanting and went to check out. When I was talking to the cashier about it because I was trying to get corporates’ number to call and complain he said they aren’t allowed to help dashers because too many want them to do it for them. I could see them refusing to help if I asked about every item on the list but I only asked about 1 and it was one of the last items I needed

Both female cashers are super rude and inpatient. You would think they were ready to boot me out of the store because my payment was a little delayed. Then after talking trash about it around the corner they came back out with an attitude and accused me of having an attitude for kindly calling them out on their lack of patient for a customer. God awful service, this world is going under, and here is a simple example of it. Don't cause them to have to work cause they will flip out on you

I had a similar experience as Tyrone, but didn't even make it into the store. I knew I was going to purchase at least $30 worth of items and exactly what I was looking for. I was going to be out 6-7 minutes, tops. I got there today at 8:47 and the door was already locked. Some guy at the register shouted through the glass "it's closed!". As if I was going to try to bust through or something? Whoever the manager is here, definitely check the tapes after 8:45. I can guarantee you your two-plus employees made zero sales after this time. Def glad a family dollar closer to is opening up closer soon. I had already stopped going to the DG on high school road for various oddities, but apparently the anti-customer culture has carried over to there too.

This store does what they want. Web page, employees and all advertising says they close at 9:00 pm. I went there close to 8:30 pm last night and the doors were locked. They close when they feel like it. When I questioned the employees, the lady working got very rude and stated she didn't need this job after I informed them I would be filing a complaint. Very ghetto employees, she was eating and being VERY disrespectful. Then the manager on duty told me that I was scaring the customer that was in the store just for asking for the managers name. I've been on the phone this morning calling repeatedly and they don't even answer the phones. I recorded the incident for proof as well. I stand very disappointed in how this store is ran and will be contacting corporate office!
