Apparently nothing has changed over the several years of reviews...
Store opens at 8:00 a.m. but it's 9:39 a.m. and doors are locked?
Yesterday the store wasn't open. Today the store isn't open. Do sales and business not matter?
It's almost 10:00am and they are supposed to be open at 8:00am and their doors are locked. Nobody is answering their phones. Nobody is in the store other than in the very back. Very big inconvenience.

I pulled up to the store at 7 PM and the doors are already locked and the store is closed. I waited until 730 thinking maybe they may be on break or took a quick lunch. Still no one showed up. I watched 10 other people try to get in the store without any luck. If they’re not going to be open, they may as well close down!!

So it’s 8:20 the business hours are open until 10pm but looks like from the reviews this happens often! Need to get new management!! Or close this location!!

The store manager (older male) for some reason said “I was going to ask if that’s your real but no it isn’t” as I was paying for my products. Very disrespectful and he makes passive comments all the time. I know because I work next door and shop there often. He needs to mind his business and apologize the next time he sees me. I’ll be following up with documentation to corporate and the district manager.

If your employees lock the door and leave by 9:10pm maybe you should change your "close time" to 9pm and not 10pm!!! I drove out of my way just for the door to be locked and employees pulling out of their parking spots

I sat outside for 10 minutes because the male white manager let his girlfriend walk in THE DOOR with a big dog with no muzzle on and I’m a person that’s scared of dogs. I waited outside for the dog and the girlfriend to leave and the white man locked the door while the other employee sat on the phone saying sorry they are closed while i explained it’s not 10pm and i only waited outside because THERE WAS A DOG IN THE BUILDING AND ITS NOT A SERVICE DOG RUINED WHAT I NEEDED FOR DINNER

Never open closed before 3 o clock pm if your closed don't stand in front of the store smoking cigarettes

This store is a trash can. A literal trash can. They do not stock the shelves , the store management is completely unhelpful in every way, the hourly employees are doing their best, but it sure seems like a lot is put on them, it's dirty. I would highly recommend driving the extra mile to go to the other Dollar general.

This store is under new management and you can tell! Cleaner store, product on shelves and great customer service. Huge difference! Still staffing issues since covid, but the new SM is handling it with finesse. There is still work to be done, but what a change already!
