The store is DIRTY!! You have a million signs on the door that you have to read just to know THEYRE CLOSED because they have a truck to unload. The fact that you have to shut down operations just to receive a truck is baffling.

The store manager at this store location is very disrespectful. Her customer service is poor. It’s either she’s hot or she’s cold. I went to the store today to do their Saturday deal when you spend 25 get five dollars off now I haven’t done this deal in a while, but I’m pretty good at doing it. Well, I calculated and I was short 50 Cent from getting the five dollars off. I did not notice this until after I completed the transaction and got back in my car. I went back into the store. I asked the store manager if I could do a refund and re-purchase the items as I was short I gave her my receipt to show her. She was looking at the receipt. I attempted to show her where I was short she snatched it away, and said that she was looking at it, which I bagged off to give her the space to look she stated well ma’am you spent $26 I then informed her I spent 2450 before tax subtotal has to be 25. She proceeded to say it’s gonna take her a long time to do the refund and that I should’ve checked before and asked her what my subtotal was before I checked out. I was very apologetic to her and stated that I understood it and typically that is something that I do, but I made a mistake. I asked her if I could proceed with the refund. She stated that it’s gonna take her a long time to do the refund. She proceeded to do the refund which took her less than a minute during this time, I was very apologetic to her try to be very understanding, but she was just very upset and had an attitude towards me than we did have any other conversations during that time, but the treatment of how she treated me was beyond disrespectful so I left then I decided to let me go back to let her know that that’s not how you treat customers I come back and ask her after she finishes ringing up her customers may I speak to her about the interaction we had she stated “I do not feel like interacting with people right now “so I proceeded to tell her that the way she treats people are very disrespectful and how she treated me was very disrespectful. I didn’t do anything wrong. I made a mistake. Everything I did was within Dollar General's policy, but how she treated me was wrong. She proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that she didn’t wanna talk and that I needed to get out of her store I explained to her that she does not have to worry that I will not be turning back to her store. The way she treats people is very disrespectful. This is not only the first time that I’ve seen her treat people like this she’s either hot or cold. I’m not sure if she’s bipolar or what can be going on, but how she treats people is very disrespectful. I did call corporate and I’m asking for the district manager to give me a call back. I should have an update in 24 hours.

Normally good experiences except this time a women unlocked the wrong side of the ice section she told me she's not coming back out there and to reach into the other side to get it which would be fine if she didn't come at me with this horrible tone like I did something to personally offend her

Every time I go in here, the cashiers are very rude and disrespectful probably racist. Every time I go in here, the cashiers are very rude and disrespectful probably racist. I came in to buy a lighter today and they told me I can’t buy a lighter without my ID. I then went next-door to the liquor store and they let me buy two lighters. This is not the first time I went in here and they’re rude to me.

Only gave this store one star because it's not the customers responsibility to make sure the customer gets all of his bags on their little turntable when they pay for it and the girl at the cash register very rude ? I was at this location on 4/22/22 at 5:35PM I did not receive all of my products that I paid for I will not return to the store.

Never open. Always go there during business hours and they close for no reason. They have workers inside just standing. It happens QUITE OFTEN. They need new management and workers

The first Dollar General I went to was temporarily closed. So I went to a different Dollar general and they had what I wanted, little clear baggies to put my earrings in to keep them organized. That's all I really wanted but I ended up also a pretty color t-shirt and a new purse.

Seems like they choose whatever hours they want to close. Hours are never consistent. Can’t complain about not keeping staff when you’ve told customers you wouldn’t hire young people.

10 stars for the staff who put up with DG's horrible working conditions. Minus 9 stars for their company's treatment of employees.I used to stop in this store frequently, but it's so inconsistently staffed that I usually dont consider it anymore. Tried to go yesterday at 5pm but it was "closed due to staffing shortage." Surprise, surprise ?This company finds terrific employees, and then works them til they quit out of exhaustion and exasperation. Many have only wanted part time, and then get pushed to being the manager, working by themselves open to close. To all those who have worked here diligently, and been friendly despite being treated badly by their company, I thank you, and don't blame you for leaving. To the home office/regional management - quit treating your employees so badly!!! Get them some help and/or pay them better. Respect their availability. If you have to increase the cost of every item by 15-25 cents, do it. I would rather pay a little more and know that your store will actually be OPEN. And that the employees won't look like they've been abused by a company that obviously doesn't care about them. I've seen a lot of great employees at this location who try their best, despite being set up for failure. Then they eventually give up and the whole cycle starts again. Says a lot about Dollar General, and none of it is good...
