I stopped by to grab paper plates for a company pitch in. I had not been here in a while due to complaining about having to be at work and unfriendly staff. Whoever hired the cashier- older gentleman-great choice. I wish I had looked at his name tag. Greeted me as soon as I walked in even while ringing up another customer. He was friendly and carried a light conversation during my checkout. Pleasant shopping experience that you rarely get these days. This store is always one of the cleanest DG stores.

It’s is literally 8 pm 11/20 and your closed. Your hours say 10 pm. I have never seen a dollar general have so many issues keeping staff and being open when they should be. It’s like you don’t want to make money.

This store closes all the time during business hours. The staff are rude & untrained. Obviously a reflection of there corporate structure. This place is no better than a flea market.

Very often not open when they should be. At times, I have to wait in like several minutes before an employee is there. Overall they're unreliable... not sure what else to say, I really hope that they get this issue fixed. I rely on them being open when they say they are to grab stuff before work or on my breaks. This issue needs to be fixed.

The store opens at 8am everyday we try to stop and get a drink before the bus and they don’t open until after 830 or the same employee is late and hasn’t opened. Employees are rude

Not sure if people know what customer services is anymore it's sad. I walk into the Dollar General. The guy looks absolutely miserable that's working I don't get a Hi, hello. He don't tell me my amount. He did not say absolutely one word to me throughout the whole transaction. Absolutely disrespectful. I suggest if you don't want to be around customers, find a factory job where you don't have to talk to people.

I just pulled up at 4:15pm and the ONLY worker came outside and told me they're closing early. I've been to TWO other Dollar Generals in the area that are also CLOSED. I'm just trying to get my lunch for work. Dollar General needs to do better.

What is going on with this store lately? The last 6 times I've been the store is closed (and I'm showing up anywhere between 2-7PM). Is the District Manager not able to rotate employees from other stores when there is a staffing shortage or are the employees just locking the doors for hours at a time? This needs to be addressed.
