Horrible service got kicked out after attempting to use the public restroom... but don't bother calling... ive tried 15 times tonight (please ask for call log cause I will gladly show it) no answer. Talked to corporate and put in a ticket. Went in to but some snacks and need to use the public restroom first to pee. She stopped me as I walked toward the back and said, "no public restrooms." Not sure if it was racial or what but didnt make much sense since they have a men's and women's, no sign on the door and a water fountain. I said why have public restrooms if they aren't public and she told me to leave the store. Absolutely ridiculous, no reason why, just leave.... I guess that's west side indy dollar tree for ya.

7:25 pm, doors locked. No hours posted on the doors. Other customers pulling up. I took my business down the street. ? This store is undependable. I won't waste my time anymore.

Literally never fails, this store is NEVER open except for first thing in the morning. It’s like the gm comes in, opens for a few hours, and then closes as soon as they can. The store is a disorganized mess, visible from in front of the locked doors. Last time I was in there, I could barely get down the isles and the workers were so unprofessional. I’m glad my son wasn’t with me cuz the music that was playing, was stupid loud and very vulgar. This store needs help. A lot of it.

Take $$ if you go because you’re going to spend it, try not to get a cart—you’ll fill it up even when you’re only going for 2-3 things—-or maybe that’s just me? Lol

I pulled up to the store at a few minutes to 6:00. The employee was locking the door. - Not dependable to the customers. I went on down the street to Fam $ & got what I needed. (Fam $ is open until 9:30). Next time I won't bother with this store.

They need to just shut this store down. They just make up store hours daily and are never stocked and the aisles are always a mess. Unprofessional employees. Just pathetic

I went into the store and the cashier told me I had to leave my purse with him upfront if I wanted to go shopping. No I don't think so I work hard to earn a paycheck I'm no theif, personally that is discrimination if your theft rate is high that's not my problem that's why you call the police if someone is stealing. I will never shop this location again half the time the place is closed anyway, do a better job hire security but dont just pick people out of your own discrimination. Shame on you.
