I feel they put the least qualified people in positions to run these stores literally 16 people in line to check out one cashier and the manager on duty is in the office on the phone while what looks to be a new cashier is here by herself I wonder what their turn around rate is bad management seems to be the theme in today’s society as well as bad customer experience/ service
