It's terrible in there! The cashier was rude and emotionless, ignored me and was only talking to a known colleague of mine. She ignored everything I said and was speaking directly to said colleague. She ignored me. She just blatantly ignored me!

I come here quite often as it's close to where I work and is a nice place to pick up things for cheap. It's always clean and tidy in comparison to other locations. The one lady I see nearly every time I go in is super sweet; however, today I was met by two employees who were less than happy to see me. I also work in retail, I understand most days aren't rainbows and sunshine at work, but I don't give anyone an attitude as soon as they walk in the door. I never get my receipt and have never returned or exchanged anything (because it's $1.25, usually no big deal except I'm really in a pinch at the moment). I came to exchange some insect repellent because the nozzle on the one I bought was broken. Before I even got to the counter I felt like I was an inconvenience. They said I needed my receipt and begrudgingly said they'd honor it this time. I'm not even mad about the exchange. I work retail. I wouldve understood if that's what I needed and I wouldve been fine not doing the exchange. I'm just sad that I came in and immediately was treated with such rudeness. The woman who usually rings me out is so chill and sweet. I wish I knew her name. She rocks.

I only saw one employee there. There were boxes in a lot of isles. I didn't see anyone unpacking. That is unrealistic to have one employee doing everything, if that is what is happening there. I went for puzzles, but there were only 3, none that I liked. Maybe they will unpack soon.

Everytime I try to come here they aren't "open" based on their store hours on the door! Today as I am writing this review I witnessed the lady not getting here to open the store until 9:02am (when they open at 9) and then went inside and locked the door ? multiple customers are waiting for her to unlock the door but still hasn't. Now she wants to put a sign on the door saying that the registers are down......I was willing to give this Dollar Tree one more shot but after today......I hope that management sees this and does something! These same things happen during the day and even in the evening! I tried to come here at 7pm about a week ago and they were already closed with the door locked, but the door says they close at 9 ?♀️? will not be wasting my time anymore on this location!

Great stuff, but theres not a whole lot in some sections such as the dollar tree plus section.

Like to go to the DT for movie night candy. Was a little disappointed no Milk Duds. Picked up some pool noodles for the kayaks as well.
