I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks online using the Domino's App, the food was reasonably priced for the quality of the Pizzas.When I arrived I wasn't greeted by an employee even though I could see them, tried to get their attention but was ignored, and after about six minutes they walked up to me at the counter to ask how they could help me.They retrieved the pizzas I had ordered, and the pizzas were sitting on a counter, not staying warm, the employee was rude when I asked about it.

they were very rude messed up my order and didnt want to compensate me for it couldnt even meet me half way on any type of compromise

I heard they were getting new management so I decided to give them another try yesterday evening. No complaints. Staff was cool. They got my order right with no problems. My food was ready pretty quickly and it was great. I'll be ordering again.

Bryce threatened to “call someone to do something to me” after he and I had words over Domino’s failed deliveries two weeks in a row. This incident occurred in store at or around 9:05 pm on Friday October 13, 2023.I ordered pizza for my children while I was at work. I requested contactless delivery on both orders and left the specific delivery instructions to leave the pizza on a chair outside of my apartment door. Both Fridays(today and 10/6/23) the pizzas were marked delivered when, in fact, they had not been.On October 6th, the driver(male) called me and said he was downstairs at which time I reiterated that it was a contactless delivery and repeated my delivery instructions. He said ok and I assumed it had been done. After checking my ring camera and calling my children I found that the delivery had not been made. I called the store, spoke to a gentleman and he remade and resent the order out. Cool beans…mistakes happen right?Well this evening the same thing happens except the response I received from the restaurant was completely different. I called twice. The first person I spoke to said it was an error in the app and to give it a few minutes. So I did. After 10 minutes or so I called back and the young lady that answered the phone was less than helpful to say the least.She answered the phone “How can I help you” never identifying herself nor the business in general. I asked her a few questions and when I saw she was committed to not even pretending like she cared or was going to help, I asked for a manager.This is when I first encountered Bryce. I explained that this was the second week in a row that my pizzas were not delivered and explained the situation to him. Initially he gave me the same speech about the app being messed up and that the delivery driver was still out. So I asked him if he could see how far away the driver was because at that point it was more than an hour after I placed the order. He placed me on hold and came back saying the driver was back and she stated the pizzas had been delivered. It was at this point that his tone changed and he became seemingly accusatory towards me. He asked me to verify the pizzas had not been delivered(which I did). He stated that he could not afford to keep making and sending pizzas out and, basically, because I live in an apartment community it’s not his fault that my pizzas were being stolen.My immediate response was that I can verify that no delivery had been made because I have a camera at my front door and there had been ZERO movement from the time my son placed the chair out there (6:18 pm) and the moment my son went to check for the pizzas(7:24 pm). I also went on to tell Bryce that while I understand the business losing money, I was the one losing money and being inconvenienced by domino’s drivers errors. I told him at the end of the day and beginning of tomorrow my ultimate goal was to feed my children while I was at work.At this point Bryce said he would remake the pizzas himself and redeliver them himself so that he could “see what was going on himself”. None of that sat well with me, simply because I work entirely too hard for anyone to blatantly or indirectly accuse me of lying or stealing anything from anyone ever. I was and am still very much offended by this.When I got off work I stopped by the store location to show Bryce exactly what I saw on my camera. I can only assume that he was ruffled by the fact that I stood on the truth and was not afraid of him raising his voice at me. He even mentioned the whole interaction being on camera, which I truly hope someone views.Bryce escalated the situation almost immediately and when he saw I was not afraid nor was I going to kowtow to him becoming aggressive he threatened me. He also said he was going to blacklist me with Dominos. I am 100% fine with NEVER going to another Dominos location ever but I will not be called a liar nor will I ever be okay with spending my hard earned money in an establishment that thinks nothing of being disrespectful and belittling to their customers.

Only been here once since I’ve been in the area but the food was hot and fresh and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming!

They kept me 1 hour for delivery using having only 1 delivery boy as an excuse. The staff is aggressive and are not the brightest.

Friendly and fast service only issue was pizzas weren't cut as requested other than that no complaints.

Ordered online today at 307 pm. An hour later called to ask what the problem was. I was informed that there was only one driver. One hour after calling the store and informed I’m next we finally got our order after a two hour wait. I would prefer getting a call of the issue. We could of gone and picked it up. Food was good but 2 hour wait……not doing that again

I am not happy with the delivery driver. He had some type of nerve to play me out of the 2 liter.Where does domino's get these drivers?Hire drivers that have experience with delivery and make sure that the customers receive everything they ordered.Because of last night I won't be ordering anything from domino's until I say

I’ve been waiting for 2 and a half hours for just two pizzas… wild wild. PLUS the app shows the order as complete yet I’m sitting here twiddling my thumbs with no pizza. ITS NOT COMPLETE

Love Domino's as a whole. If I pick up from one location omw ro work or have it delivered to Mt home from another location they are always consis. Food is always good and the employees are always nice.

Ordered online. Estimate was 20-30 minutes. Driver dropped off food after 80 minutes, and it was clearly someone else's order, because it had nothing in common with what I paid for.
