Can't stress enough how great my experience was here. I've only recently gotten into bowling with my friends and wanted to get my own ball with all the hype around it. Figuring out what kind of ball i needed wasn't easy online. Came in with some buddies and Ron was extremely helpful and experienced! Guided me into what kind of ball i was looking for based on my style of play and finger orientation. Gave useful tips and information the whole time, you can really tell his passion for his job. Fit very well and even gave me throwing tips with their in house half lane. I went from a 90-100 average/ 150 pr to my first ever 211 my second time using the ball! He recommended a 14-16lb ball weight(I had been using a 11lb) and this was a huge jump in my consistency. Friends almost caved and bought their first balls too lol, Will be back soon!

Ron is Excellent. He will work with you at any experience level and educate you as much as you’re willing to learn.
Purchased my first two balls after years of using used balls. I had such a good experience that my fiancée and I went and got her a ball the next day.

Ron is passionate about getting people fit and comfortable with their bowling ball! I bowled a lot better after getting fitted with him. He has 50+ years of drilling balls and is a true genius at his craft. Thank you, Ron!!! Could not recommend anyone other than him!

Just getting back into bowling after 10 years. Very friendly , very helpful. Purchased a ball, got it fitted and drilled, bag and shoes and out the door in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!

I came in today knowing I wanted a ball but wasn't sure what to get. The staff was super friendly and helpful in guiding me in my choice. They were very knowledgeable about all their choices but what I loved was, they were not pressuring me or up selling anything, they just wanted to get me the right equipment that was comfortable for me. I wish I knew all the names of the people who helped me but I do know Scott was one of them and he was a pleasure to meet. They definitely earned a customer for life!

This was hands down the best pro shop experience of my life. This place has everything!! A huge selection of balls, tons of shoes, bags, and all of the accessories one could possibly imagine. The icing was the impeccable customer service. With over 100 years of combined bowling knowledge / experience the staff was what made it so great. No pressure sales with answers to every question. Without much prior knowledge I was able to make an informed decision / purchase. I can’t recommend this pro shop highly enough. Scott and all of the staff were beyond exceptional. Highly impressed, customer for life. Thank you!!

These guy are the best in the city! I've been away from the lanes for many years but recently have decided to jump back into the sport but I needed new equipment. I jumped on Google and started looking at reviews of local pro shops in the Indy area. This place had nothing but rave reviews and they had fantastic hours of operation compared to many others. I jumped in my car for the 35 minute drive and came down to see Ron and Russell. You can tell these guys live and breathe bowling and anything bowling related. They were happy to answer all of my questions regardless of how stupid they may have sounded. We talked about my bowling history, my bowling style and narrowed down my search on a new bowling ball. They had tons of great high end options in stock and and custom fit me right in the spot. They got the ball drilled, grips inserted and we headed over to their practice lane to try it out. My thumb was sticking just a bit so back to the drill we went. They made sure I was 100% happy before I left the store. Also nice to know that now they have my measurements so I can call ahead and purchase a new ball for them to drill and have ready for me. There might be some small things I but online just for convenience but any big ticket items (balls, shoes, bags) I will make sure to beat or if my way to cover to this store. Thank you gentleman!

Walked in and Ron made me feel more than welcomed. I needed to get my new balled drilled and he was able to do exactly what I wanted. The staff has a lot of knowledge and experience. The best bowling pro shop in Indiana.
