I joined back in 2020 after moving back to Indy after a few years away. I was just trying out all the new spots in town, but my experience at ETF made me stay and stick with my membership. First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.

I really love this gym and all the amazing people there who make it possible. They are welcoming, motivating, friendly and always looking to help you meet your goals. I love that I have access 24x7 and that the workouts basically run themselves at all hours of the day! I don't think I've ever burned less than 500 calories at a session, it will kick your butt for sure! Thank you to all the awesome folks here!!

I love working out at Eat The Frog! I was previously a chronic free trial user at other gyms, but had never found a gym that felt like home. Eat the Frog has great, motivating staff and the workouts are the right challenge for me. Everyone at the Mass Ave location is so friendly too! I love riding the spin bikes and don’t like treadmills, so the mix of bike or rower works well for me. The workouts offer a mix of training between cardio/strength/core and I feel way stronger and healthier since starting to attend!

If you are looking for an excellent fitness community - a real fitness family who challenges you, has phenomenal professional coaches, 24 hr access, a fun environment, doesn’t judge, and a challenging cardio/HIIT type sessions...this is the place to be Indy. Look no further. I have been coming here from day one and have over 500 sessions down. Take it from someone who knows!!!

like sure the workout was fun i guess but after you leave this facility they actually harass you they’ll send you multiple text messages, They will email you multiple times in a week they will call you non-stop like i’m about to place a no contact order on you people if I tell you once I’m not interested in coming back then please take my word for it

I have enjoyed Eat the Frog on Mass Ave immensely. The studio is large, clean and decked out with state of the art equipment and huge screens, plus monitors that read your stats from your heart rate monitor. I find the heart rate monitor and coach really pushes me to get the best workout every time. I enjoy the quality of the equipment and varied workouts. I'm always challenged and energized, I never get bored.The staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about their members, very supportive. They always put me in a great mood every time I'm there. It's like a family.

Nothing but great things to say about ETF. The coaches and owner want you to be the best you can be. You're more than just dollar signs at this gym. They plan events for members, hold you accountable with your goals, facilitate a healthy/ competitive/ fun environment during classes, etc. This is also a great place for those who struggle to push themselves during their own workouts, those who workout all the time and want to switch it up with a challenging workout, or those who don't know where to start on their fitness journey. I lost about 20 pounds in 7 weeks and I could have never done it without ETF!!????????????❤️

I absolutely love ETF. I’ve been a member since November 2019 and have gained strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Beyond the great workouts, the people - owners, coaches, and front desk workers - are what make ETF Indianapolis so special. They care about my fitness goals and give me individualized support and encouragement. They care about me and my entire family - my children come too. ETF is a community and it’s great to be a part of it. I also Participated in the new FrogFit program this spring. I worked with coach Marla and coach Jacob who reached out to me weekly and met with me weekly. They understand my goals and give the right balance of challenge and support along the way. I achieved my initial goals and feel great and have decided to continue with FrogFit. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
