I had talked with Carson on the phone about a car I found online. Read a list of safety features I wanted, let him know I didn't have a lot of time to test drive and wanted to do as much online or by phone. Carson worked through all of that & even sent a video of the car. He was absolutely the most helpful. I love the car. The whole team from finance, showing me the car that Saturday and the shop were kind, and just fantastic. Would certainly buy a car, recommend them especially Carson.

I came in for my axle to be replaced. Instead of completing the work requested for my appointment a 28-point inspection was completed, and the axle was not listed until I advised that I did not want the other work completed. When my vehicle was bought back to me that's when I was advised of the axle.

They go above and beyond to make sure you get a good deal on a used car that is in great condition. Easy to work with, friendly, and keep you informed every step of the way. Their service department also goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend this dealership enough. Worth the drive. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Every single employee I encountered at Ed Martin Nissan was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Without a doubt, I couldn't ask for a better experience, and look forward to taking my 2021 Kicks back there for all service. Over years past, even when this Dealership was Ed Martin Oldsmobile, my satisfaction has been consistent and extraordinary.

I was told I needed to have a new battery, due to the current one not hitting in points. I informs the representative that I just replaced the battery and he stated it did look as though it was a replacement. He said it might be under warranty. Although he stated he was unable to look it up. I replied that I might have a computer in my car. After looking I was not able to locate that particular document. However, since another rep that was sitting next to him had access to the computer. I asked if he could look it up and he was able to do so. I was told my batter was under warranty, but that I would have to be $147.00, and $90. For oil and tire rotation. I asked if he has any coupons and I was quoted &56.00 however at check out I was charged the $90 instead along with the charge of the warranty battery being total to $212.00.

Bruce at Ed Martin Nissan was amazing. He is so friendly, understanding and patient. The financing guy Jordan was great as well. They stayed after hours to help me, even without knowing I was for sure going to buy the car. They never pressured me or made me feel bad about my credit. They have followed up with me and made sure I knew that if I needed anything that they were a call away. The team there really went above and beyond for me, and I wasn’t expecting it after having a long day of frustrating interactions at dealerships around Indy. Thank you Ed Martin Nissan crew!!!

I have purchased several cars from Jesse Baily with Ed Martin Honda, same lot as Nissan, so I requested him when arriving. Due to his certifications once Jesse sold me the Nissan I was placed under the care of Caleb Raymer. Caleb was very knowledgeable and capable. He addressed all of my questions and even took a few phone calls after I left the dealership lot. I couldn't be happier with the sales and delivery process.

My daughter bought a used Camaro here to replace her Camaro that was totaled. I went with her to help her make the decision.The Camaro we found at Ed Martin Nissan is absolutely gorgeous. It was immaculately detailed and fully serviced ready to go. It easily passed my inspection checklist with flying colors. Our salesman Ken was peaceful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He had even sent us a video of the car before we arrived. Well done Ken. Mike the sales manager is the man. He worked with my daughter BIG time on total price to keep her within her budget. Mike is friendly, humble, approachable, and welcoming. You hit a home run on this one Mike. And then you've got the magic man Mark in the finance department. My daughter has a limited credit history, but you were magically able to get her financed on her own (without me co-signing) at a great interest rate with a low monthly payment. Way to go Mark.My daughter loves her Camaro and she is still smiling. Thank you Ed Martin Nissan team. You've got one happy gal here and one happy Dad. =)

Caleb was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the finance manager gave me all the time I needed to decide if I wanted the warranty or gap insurance offered, and that he did not pressure me to buy them when I chose to decline.

I would not recommend purchasing a car, and also using the service department from Ed Martin Nissan, . I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra that was certified used. At the time of purchase I was aware of a recall on the stop lamp switch. On 6/11/23 of this year, I became aware that there was an Active Stop Sale Order on the car, that order was initially issued on 3/9/21. The dealership denied that this order was in effect at the time of purchase.I had the car at another Nissan dealership for the Stop Lamp Switch failing again. When this was replaced they did not adjust the part, which is part of the Service Bulletin. I have had other issues with the service department on items not being fixed correctly.I would give this dealership 0 Stars but this is not an option.

Jill Cline in service always takes great care of me. The whole service department and parts department is full of great people who care and who are honest. I've never felt they try to upsell or pressure me into anything I dont need. Great team of people with great management. I've never been to a dealership where the General Manager is at the front desk ready to help. Very unusual in a good way. They've earned my business again and again through many situations over the years.

I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here. Bought my car from here and then it was crashed into in 2 months , i was told by the body shop it would be back to the way it was before the crash. Which was a lie, car has a vibration that never goes away even after 4 new wheels and there are areas of damaged paint that they said they fixed but didnt. From the sales floor to the service center to the body shop, it's all about getting your money, then they lose your parts and give your car back unfinished and tell you to take your business elsewhere all because you want them to finish what they said they would fix. Not very kid friendly either, my 11yr old was harassed by a salesman for looking at a car. The manager "Demo" is a liar and told me things would be taken care of that werent taken care of my car was supposed to be finished 3 times and each time there were screws hanging out and plastic trim hanging off ,unpainted areas that needed paint ,misaligned parts and more. I bought my car with a glass coat and was told it had to be applied in 90 days after the paint was finished it's been about 90 days and when I called to ask about everything was when I was told maybe I should take my business elsewhere.
