“Jim came out last Friday to discuss my antenna needs. Was happy with is ideas and price. Came back today to do the install. Showed up when he said and showed me what antenna he planned on using. Ended up going with a different one and actually used 2 antennas and amplifier to get best reception. Getting 98 channels. We are more than pleased with the results and the price. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to get an antenna. So glad I didn’t try it myself, never would have thought about putting it in attic. Job well done”

“Amazing place, been going here for years. Everytime we have had a problem they make sure to cater the best way possible. For instance, we bought a game, and it didn't work. We were going to take it back to trade in, forgot it and ended up just getting the same one. Turns out the game is a spin off and not the og+dlc whatever. So they let us trade in the one we bought first, for the og game. Either way, really really amazing staff who makes me feel like I already know them. My #1 spot for anything video game related 100%”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I strutted into Best Buy like I was about to enter a tech-themed amusement park, and BAM—five friendly greeters appeared as if by magic (or maybe they’re secret tech ninjas)! I half expected one of them to offer me a cape and say, “Welcome, superhero of shopping!” One standout team member zoomed over faster than a cheetah on roller skates to help me find exactly what I needed. I’m convinced he might even have a PhD in “Solving Tech Mysteries 101.”
From the moment I stepped inside, the service was so epic it could give blockbuster movies a run for their money. If Best Buy were a superhero, they’d be Captain Awesome, saving the day one gadget at a time. Five stars, a standing ovation, and maybe even a parade in my honor—this is hands-down the best tech adventure I’ve had in ages!”

They designed, installed and tested our entire audio, video and wi-fi services and made sure all was perfect. We have always had great interactions with any techs that come out and love that they answer any day of the week and talk to you in person when they get back to you promptly no matter the time of day. “I've purchased my 65" and 50" with swivel mounts and 2 blue tooth surround sounds personally. I bought a 50" and swivel mount as a gift for my grandmother. when my Dad found out how great the prices were he immediately had me run with him for an Identical 50" and swivel mount I installed in there bedroom. great prices on awesome products. No reason in the world to spend double and triple the price when a 15 month warranty is offered with extended warranties available as well. Love the place would recommend them to anyone and advise people to do the same.”

“Good selection, generally fair prices, fairly well organized. Bought a few games, and had an issue with one. Called in to the store and the employee that answered was understanding, up front, and gave thorough answers to all my questions. When I returned a couple days later for the return, it was an easy process. Staff was apologetic and handled it quickly and gracefully. Honestly, just overly pleased with the staff in the store. Had an issue that could have been a horrible experience, and everyone I interacted with made sure it was only an unfortunate incident.”
