“Jim came out to assess the best spot for the antenna. Two days later he was back to install it. He did a great job for a reasonable price. It looks very neat and tidy. We went from 35 channels that didn't come in very well to 95 crisp and clear channels!

They're very knowledgeable and friendly, which is a plus if they don't rush you, they take their time to interact with you, to make sure you have a complete understanding of the of everything about the phone, how it works. What else you would need to have additional? They just made this shopping experience very pleasant. I would advise anyone that needs a phone. They designed, installed and tested our entire audio, video and wi-fi services and made sure all was perfect. We have always had great interactions with any techs that come out and love that they answer any day of the week and talk to you in person when they get back to you promptly no matter the time of day. “Good selection, generally fair prices, fairly well organized. Bought a few games, and had an issue with one. Called in to the store and the employee that answered was understanding, up front, and gave thorough answers to all my questions. When I returned a couple days later for the return, it was an easy process. Staff was apologetic and handled it quickly and gracefully. Honestly, just overly pleased with the staff in the store. Had an issue that could have been a horrible experience, and everyone I interacted with made sure it was only an unfortunate incident.”
