When a customer tells you he was receiving phone calls when the Blanton's, Eagle, etc was coming in don’t act too smug and say it never happened.
Suppose you weren’t aware ?
Every year for the past 4 years I have purchase higher priced bourbons when purchasing middle shelved items from this store.Usually near OCT-DEC
I have spent over a thousand here since I moved here.
Usually I would get a heads up when items might be arriving or someone might say there was one available. Today I asked to be put on a list and was told there never was one.. And they only hand them out when asked, which is partially true 100%
The MGR said in 21 years no one ever holds a bottle or calls when an item comes in.
