I have been using Enterprise at least four times a year around South Texas for the last 3 years, and I have never experienced dreadful customer service like I did at this downtown Indy office.My only line of thought was that both of the gals who were working that day were having a bad day. When I walked in, absolutely no one would even acknowledge my presence. The gal who walked up to the counter in a forceful manner in order to "assist" simply did not care. The fact that you do not have any vehicles accessible is one thing, but the manner in which you communicate the news is another. My reservation was not in the system, which was not her fault, but she might at least make an effort to rectify the situation.Thankfully, Avis down the street had vehicles available and saved the day, or in this case, the week.These gals might want to check out the Enterprise Fishers location on Landing Dr. to experience exemplary customer service!

After 10 years of driving I got into my very first car accident. Finding a repair shop with availability and getting everything sorted out with insurance is a very overwhelming experience. Enterprise made getting a rental very simple and easy. I called a couple days in advance to set up my reservation. They made the process so simple. I arrived to Enterprise on Market. The pick up process was maybe 15 minutes and then the drop off process was probably 10 minutes. They're efficiency and customer service is top notch. Thank you Nora, Carson, Kinley and Paul for your amazing service. I would 100% recommend Enterprise on Market St.

When they're out of vehicles they'll just call you and wish you luck even though you have a reservation instead of setting you up with another reservation at a different location. Great customer service
