Made reservation late in the day. I could not get there before they closed. I arrived the next day and they had canceled my reservation and had nothing left available. Their website I had an option for me to cancel but I did not. Frustrating.

I had a reservation at this location at 8 o’clock. They change my reservation to 1030. And they made me miss my flight because they had no car that I had on reserve. They I told him that I can take something smaller then what I ask and they still told me no. I will never recommend this enterprise to anybody.

We ALWAYS rent with Enterprise at the Irvington, IN location. Not only because of their superb customer service, but they treat everyone that walks in just like family. Everytime we rent with them, Sam is the one always helping us out - I mean, it's Sam! He's great! Unlike everywhere else we rent at, whenever we return our vehicle - they will always follow up with a call to ask how our experience was and express their gratitude for renting with them. So, Thank You Enterprise for always making our rental experience easy & enjoyable!

They don't even say on their site they go through a 3rd party address verification. If you don't have a gas or electric bill in your name, you can't get a vehicle through them. I've rented through them before and never had this problem.!

Terrible service, no one answers the phone, they are quick to blame you in things that's been documented already. Due to this place of horrid customer service I've lost a garage door opener because I was on hold for over an hour. Definitely getting in contact with corporate about this location.

My first impression of this Enterprise (Irvington) was not that great. Luckily, Sam took over my transaction and was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, personable, and had a great sense of humor. Sam definitely saved this review. I would rent from them again based on my interaction with Sam.

Customer service at its BEST!!!!! I had a extremely long day waiting to find out my car had to be serviced and it was not safe to drive so my emotions were on 10. I was at the last part, picking up the rental car I was having card issues I was so frustrated Savonna took excellent care of me I was able to get to work all week no issues til my car was ready. Savonna THANK YOU x 1000. ❤️

I really wanted to give a five star. I reserved a passenger van 5 months before my trip. I confirmed the trip 4 days prior a associate from the pick up location. But the day before the trip I get call from the store and informing me the van is not available. Whole hell came down to my head, All my living accommodation for the trip was paid (about 5k) and cancelation time was over. Had to beg to do some thing, Called the enterprise customer service and got more depressing response, (beside the store manager they can not do any thing). Long story short finally I was given a van but anyone would notice that it was a cargo van and they put the sits in it or they sub rent the car from some other company. Anyway I was happy At that time because I got some thing. But before I signed the contract I noticed they were charging me 600 dollar more than what I reserved for, when I asked I was told the system estimated the price wrong. It should be 5 day week and 6th, 7th, 8th , 9th will be considered as an additional day. They fixed it but after giving me a heart attack. The very last sad part about this rental experience is end of the day they take off my long time loyal membership discount.I gave my experience a 3 star, how many stars would give with this type of situation?

Lack of communication with the reservation department and the front desk. I catch the bus with a reference number to pick up the car I reserved with quoted price. I get there it's not under the right name then Im told I have to have a major credit card or 2 utility bills with my name on it within the last 30 days with no disconnect notice. I pay the bills but they aren't in my name so I couldn't get the car I reserved I'm on the bus now to my confirmed address

The Enterprise location on E Washington St is great. All of the employees, especially Isaiah Booker, are courteous, professional, and prompt. We will rent from them again
