From start to finish, our experience at Ethan Allen was excellent. We had very personalized service in choosing our sleeper sofa which was so helpful in choosing from so many patterns and fabrics. The delivery time frame for our purchase was accurate and the delivery folks were excellent as well. Overall great experience and our sofa looks incredible!

Mary Larson is a fabulous designer. She’s service oriented and goes the extra mile to advise me. She has a mastery of the entire product line at Ethan Allen and could spot at a glance the perfect selection of furniture or accessories to style our new cottage in Michigan as well as our home in Zionsville. Mary has helped me layer our current design in Zionsville with new updated features as well as helped me furnish my entire home in Michigan to make it mine. She often stays overtime too, to help me and will answer my txt messages in a very timely fashion. One of the best characteristics about Mary is her ability to make me laugh. I always enjoy seeing her and working with her. She is so funny, knowledgeable and helps me make good decisions about picking the right products for my homes. She also gives me 3D visuals of my new styled room (s) with images of the new Ethan Allen furnishings. So clever. Thank you Ethan Allen for Mary.

We have done a complete remodel of multiple rooms in our home and are in the process of a long overdue update of the master bedroom. Through the entire process, our designer, Mary Larson, has been phenomenal! She has helped us choose furniture, bedding, lighting, window treatments and blinds, as well as paint colors. Each selection has without hesitation been on point with respect to our expressed vision. Mary is terrific making design suggestions that are fresh and timeless with gorgeous color palettes. We highly endorse Mary as the Ethan Allen designer of choice for all your home decorating needs! She is a true asset to the Ethan Allen Team!

Paid close to $7000 for a dining set. Was not happy at all with construction of the top. The delivery guys agreed with my assessment. There were places that were so uneven, a glass could not sit on it without the chance of being tipped easily. Ethan Allen said the table was handmade and would vary like that and they would not replace it. The table on the showroom floor was not that way at all. In fact what I liked about it was that it was so smooth. Very disappointing for a high end store and a very expensive dining set.

It was wonderful. I was very blessed to have Jack as my consultant, he made everything so easy. He was so helpful in choosing material and colors that I love. Jack asked any question I had and made me feel comfortable in decisions that were made.

We just received our new kitchen chairs from EA (shorter than expected delivery date and actual delivery was seamless). Our condo is in Florida and the space for the chairs is tight. Mary Larson worked remotely with us to pick out the the exact right chair style that fits perfectly and a seat fabric that coordinates beautifully with the existing colors. Although there is an EA store near us in FL, we had worked with Mary locally in Indianapolis and loved her aesthetic so she was the first person we called for help. EA seems to have a well integrated process for ordering and delivery. Overall, a 5-star experience.

Estimates on deliveries of two identical chairs and a small table were inaccurate, significantly later, and required two deliveries.
Pillows that utilized Ethan Allen material, but outside venders were much later than the chairs, without any notice by Ethan Allen. Extremely poor coordination by sales and or customer service required several calls to determine actual deliveries.

I absolutely love working with Mary Larson at the Ethan Allen Indianapolis location. After purchasing a flip 3 years ago Mary helped me design my living room and basement. She has such talent and passion for what she does. She walks in a room and off she goes with fabulous color and design scheme. I had left my sitting room empty for these past few years because quite frankly I knew what a beautiful space it was but just couldn’t envision it. Being from CA I told Mary I wanted a comfy coastal feel. Wow, it is now my favorite room in the house! Thanks Mary for your talent and of course, all the laughs ?

My furniture order was delivered yesterday and the delivery was excellent! Jorge, Manual and Eddie were very careful in carrying the sectional, chair and ottomans up the staircase with no damage to walls or furniture. I very much appreciate the care in the delivery!
