I am a first time owner of a Mercedes Benz and like many owners you want to take care of it.! I was not sure who best to take it to for service but I randomly searched in Indy and came across Euro Motors. I needed service bad because my wiper needed replaced. My entire service visit wasn’t bad, there was one moment that almost made me question returning back for future service but it was minor and I decided to return for my “A service”. I can say this was a GOOD experience.! Lauren is always pleasant and helpful., I really like the text message communication too.! The worst customer service ever. Have driven across town twice now for a service appointment and each time had no record of the appointment! Then proceeded to give me grief for being upset!! Useless human behind the desk. And a smart ass mechanic who came out to see what was going on. They don't care about you or your car. Entitled and think it's your privilege to have them work on your car.

First time experience with Euro Motorworks. Took my Boxster GTS to get radiators cleaned. Service was excellent from greeting to meeting with service manager to car pick up. I had mentioned to the service manager that I had some trouble getting my passenger seat cleaned. They went the extra mile by cleaning the seat as well as the exterior-no charge. Very pleased! Euro Motorworks is now the only place I will take my Range Rover. Their customer relations, communication, and honest recommendations/pricing are fantastic.They have even fixed several repairs the dealership cut corners on and they are honest about what needs to be done.I admit to being one of “those guys” who only trusted the dealership but I wish I had given them a chance years ago. The only place I will take my BMW and Porsche. Honest and hard working and will never ask or charge you something that is not needed. I had a dealer tell me I needed two expensive services but after inspection from Euro Motorworks, neither was needed. The bonus is that they provide a loaner car, wash your car and give you a sweet treat upon pickup. Awesome team and service!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

They refuse to work on my car cuz of what it looks like which is hilarious to me I described over the phone the car was a project they say bring it on over then make jokes about say u need to take that thing to a junk yard I should of smack the shit out of that dude but I didn't then I get there and drop it off hour later there calling me and text me telling to pick up cuz they refuse to work on it this place is a joke don't recommend
