Stopped in to the Castleton location today, they had some cute items on mannequins at the front, the women’s department was very light and mostly clearance. There were two employees working a male in a flashy sport coat and a women, they were chatting with each other about other employees poor work ethic, but neither bothered to speak to me. Which is too bad cause there was a really cute dress I was interested in but couldn’t find.

This location has gone to the pits, the customer service is horrible the clerks just stand around and gossip about each other, the store is dusty and not well organized. I remember a manager name Corey she was the best but she left and then there was a lady name Michael she was so helpful in helping me select my business attire, I don't know what happened to her but this Express seems to keep losing their good employees and hiring people who are there just to hang out! Express get it together!!!

This location js probably my favorite store to visit. A serious go-to for providing garments tailored to whatever physique I have. Thank you for being great. From the displays to the customer service. Shout out to Crystal for representing the store in a way that should be exemplified!

Every time I go to express don't know one ever speak to you act like they don't even see you. Castleton square express doesn't have any good customer service. I would not ever buy anything out of there.

I love this store I am glad the got rid of their “good” employee Nikki she made the environment horrible but Charyah,Michelle, & Lilly are such good workers they make the store atmosphere bright!!

They fired a great employee in Nikkie. She was so friendly and helpful every time I stopped in. They're loss will be someone else's gain. I'll never return there.

Walked in at 7:55 pm after searching on Google which said they close at 9pm. A worker walks up to me asking me to be quick because they close in 5 mins. I told him on Google you guys are closing at 9, he said no, that must be the other store. I tried to show it to him but he walked away. The young ladies behind the desk kept yelling at the guy "why are you letting people in, it's closing time" they had very bad attitude. Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman.Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.
