Derrick was very helpful and courteous. It was my first time renting a storage unit. He took his time to explain all the options to me so I could make the best decision. I also like the location a lot. Easy access for me, easy to park. Very clean and bright. Shirley was also very helpful in explaining how to set up and use the app. Can only recommend this place.

I had a storage unit at ExtraSpace for 4 months, and my experience was excellent. The manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond—even addressing issues quickly after hours. The facility itself is new, clean, and well-equipped with large elevators and carts, making moving in and out easy. I always felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. Overall, everything about my experience was great, and I highly recommend this location!

Very helpful and friendly. Shirley Volt was awesome. We even practiced getting in, opening and closing the unit, and locking it.
Edit - Just emptied the unit for the school year. Highly satisfied with this storage place and we will definitely be using them again.
