I needed a storage space before I left town, I was able to rent my unit online, and then go in the next day to finalize everything. Barb did a great job getting back with me in a timely manner and helping me make sure everything was correct. They gave the option to purchase a lock. This was great for me since I didn’t have the time to run out looking for one that would fit my storage space.

Reserved a large storage space online for $110/month. Went in to get the key and the price was somehow $140/month (okay, fine), with an additional $30/month for insurance that I neither asked for or agreed to—it just showed up on our bill. Tried to remove insurance and was told it was mandatory. (Okay, fine). That’s more than we wanted to pay, but the location was convenient and this was a short-term situation.
After two full months, I’ve just received notice in the mail that due to “current market conditions,” my new monthly rate will be $229/per month, PLUS $26 insurance. Thats $255/month, which is over twice as much as we agreed to when we “locked in” the online promotional price.
This place is a racket. The lady at the front desk begs you to write a 5-star review when you sign up, hence the 4.9 score on Google. Don’t do it.

Extra Storage was professional, convenient and great value offer for all storage needs. Barb was incredibly helpful with fantastic recommendations based on my needs, professional and quick communications throughout the entire process and had a fantastic personal service when I was on-site picking out and contracting the unit. I had an awesome experience and will be recommending Barb and this location!
