I just had the best Experience with the 2420 E Stop 11 Rd location. I was welcomed in by Amanda and Aubrey today after shopping around to find a storage unit to rent! Aubrey went above and beyond for me! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient explaining everything , all the details to me about the Unit. He also got me the best price out of all of the storage places I visited today. The unit I rented was clean but he took the extra step and to make sure the door would be easy for me to open and close! I also Received a free lock for my unit. I don’t write many reviews but I had to for Aubrey because of his outstanding customer service he provided me today!

I had some initial challenges getting into the storage unit I thought we booked online, but after some time I realized my booking was for the annex location several miles down the road. We had a whole crew of people who were there to help us offload, and the thought of asking everyone to move to another location didn’t thrill me, but thanks to Aubrey, who was working on-site, he listened to our situation and was able to help us get into a unit (same size we had ordered) right there on site so we didn’t have to drive another however many miles to the annex location. Really thankful for Aubrey’s customer service, and the unit was nice and clean, and was perfect for my storage needs.

Very shitty place!! Tammy that works this decided she forgot to put my name attached to the unit and they auction my thing off after putting me on auto pay. Now they’re giving me the go round of who they sold it to. Not to mention, I’ve called corporate five or six times and last week and no one wants to return my call!! Next option is contacting the News and an attorney.

Just got my unit today - it was easy to reserve and pay online. The #1 reason I chose this location was the awesome help I received from Quinise. I left a message last night asking her to call me to answer some questions about the units, and she called first thing this morning, answered all my questions, and helped with some paperwork my movers needed. Customer service goes a long way in helping choose in a competitive market! Thank you Quinise for making my choice easy!
