First time user of a storage facility. Read amazing reviews about Michelle & her helpfulness & knowledge, so chose the one that she was at in Beech Grove. We messed up the lock immediately lol & went to get Michelle. She was really awesome, super friendly & didn't make us feel dumb about the mistake. So far everything has been great!!
Thanks Michelle!!!! You are the reason we chose the location that we did & we are so very glad that we did! You rock!

I don’t have a unit at this location, but my lock broke and nobody showed up during office hours at my location. I came here to see if they could help me. They didn’t have the right kind of lock on sale, but Jay personally went to his car and found the right kind. He was so incredibly kind and helpful.

What a game changer! I'm helping a friend get ready for a cross-country move, after retiring. We're packing up her studio/workshop/office & home of 20 yrs. LOTS of stuff! She has to be out of work spaces first, but has no room at home for 100s of books & other things she wants to keep. After a really bad experience with a competitor a few years ago, she was scared to try self-storage. But, we really had to move things, so I stopped at Extra Space Storage near I- 65 & Southport Rd. Tammy & Will were wonderful!! I took my friend over & they carefully explained everything & promised it would be fine. No bad suprises! They even helped us use the blue tooth phone app for the door lock.
The door lock took a few tries to master, but it's super fast & easy. With the app I just push a button on my phone & doors open!
We have moved/cleaned more in a few days than in the weeks before! And we can see what will fit in the truck & adjust as we go. Can't thank you both enough! Highly recommend!

Tammy at the Kildeer Drive/Southport Location was on top of making sure each detail with the set up of my account and storage move in was completed smoothly and that my payments are taken care of without hassle. The local service makes a huge difference in giving me peace of mind!

Tammy has made my experience with ExtraSpaceStorage awesome, she was quick to respond, efficient with all details, I'm very comfortable with my choice of storage places due to Tammy's customer service. That's important hard to find these days and Tammy has got it!
