Michaela was super helpful. She took my mobility issue into consideration when planning the tour route to my unit. She also made sure the unit was big enough for what i needed to store. The facility is super clean and smelled great.

Amanda was very very helpful also as well as Makayla got me in got me out with all the knowledgeable information. The call service guy I spoke to sent me in nearly blind and Amanda went the extra mile to help me see. Both ladies customer service skills are great.

StorageMart is a GRIFT!!! Literally a scam company that milks their customers, changing rent whenever they want to. The deals you see on the site WILL CHANGE a few months after you sign up, and you'll only find out on your invoice which they consider to be "15 day written notice".
I normally don't leave reviews but I felt obligated after an absolutely terrible experience with StorageMart. Got an introductory rate of $24.99 but they hide this "Value Coverage Plan" in the fine details for $24.97 on top of that.
Fast forward four months ahead we get an increase of $25 ON TOP of the other expenses, which according to the StorageMart representative I talked to on the phone is their "15 day written notice" that's outlined in the contract. When has an invoice been considered written notice??? Normally there's an email or something explaining the increase. NO EXPLANATION.
Even if you pay for a year up front, they can increase the rent at ANY TIME for ANY REASON and bill you the differential EACH MONTH. CRAZY.
On top of this, the main elevator has been broken for months with apparently no plan to fix it.
STAY AWAY FROM STORAGE MART.

There are two elevators in the building. The elevator closest to the Loading Docks has been out since at least January. Mention things multiple times. They're fixing it soon... since January. If you want to know how little they care, another customer left them a one-star review 2 weeks ago, also saying the elevators are constantly broken. They responded to his review... They thanked him for his excellent rating. They can't even take the time to respond to their reviews, and have a robot do it instead.

It has the bones of a really nice storage unit. Big elevators, lots of parking and loading space, decent prices. However there was about a 6 month period this year where the main elevator was broken, it took them that long to fix it. Most recently last week BOTH elevators were broken, there were no carts to move your items, there was broken car window glass in the loading dock, and I had to carry all of my things up and down three flights of stairs. Looks elsewhere if for nothing else, you cannot ever guarantee a working elevator at this place and heaven forbid you have to move things in an out when it is broken. Icing on the cake, they claim to be climate controlled but be prepared to be freezing in winter and sweltering in summer, the building is definitely not kept at a controlled, constant temperature.

I highly recommend this place! Amanda, who is the new manager of this store was SO helpful and kind when my sister and I were in a bind. We all know moving is not fun or easy, but she made it a breeze. I can't thank you enough, Amanda! I am happy that my belongings are safe and sound under your facility!!

Worse place in Indy to use for storage. Elevators are constantly broke. They refuse to let their paying tenants use the restroom. I’ve had to report bugs issues many times as I’ve e seen roaches running ramped through the facility. The only thing they care about is forcing people to pay. Lord forbid you ask for a discount for all of the issues at the facility and they give you a rude attitude.
