The space is good and well maintained. The rating is due to the recurring increases in rent. They should offer more than monthly leases so rent can be locked in for a set period of time.

Omg Tyler was absolutely amazing. His customer service was awesome. Even with me being so indecisive about making a decision on the unit size. He accommodated my every need with a smile. He never made me feel like I was just a customer or he was just trying to sale a unit. I walked out there with a smile on my face and very confident about my decision I made. I will highly recommend Extra space storage.

This was so easy and fast to set up. On-site staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I was there 20 min and had everything taken care of.
