The lady and man that was working on Sunday the 14th of December was very professional and was very nice and did a very good job when we sold our large yellow crow bar and our electric Ryobi hand saw. They worked with us with a price. I really liked this EzPawn shop on 10th and Tibbs, Indianapolis Indiana. I'll be going there again! Thank you.

I swear there had more turnovers at this store than any other ones. The guy I always went to has been gone for over a year now. Well never go in there again.

This was my first time using their service, and everyone, including Charles and Janie, was friendly and created a very warm atmosphere, which was great! They also offered a really good deal. And I really enjoyed talking with everyone. I would definitely like to use their service again!

Casey was the greatest! Able to explain me the process with care and time . Always an answer to all my questions and very friendly . Also the atmosphere in the store was peaceful and fun while the other coworkers were also taking care of other costumers. Great camaraderie and good work!!

I had to use a translator to write this review, but I truly wanted to share our experience. Roberto, we really appreciate the way you helped me, my mom, and my father with our purchase of a gold chain. We had so many questions, and you patiently answered every one of them.
What meant the most to us was how welcome you made us feel. Because of our language barrier, we’re often turned away or treated differently but not here. We’re so grateful that this store has someone who is bilingual, friendly, and kind. Words can’t fully express how thankful I am.
We will definitely be back, my whole family will, and I will be recommending this store to others. Thank you for your friendly face and welcoming heart, Roberto. Keep it up!
