I really like this place no other problems but this one , legitimately had a platinum ring with Peruvian pink opal(100% real) come in the store and was told it was costum jewelry by an untrained eye(the manager), please do better with jewelry inspections.had to take it to another store to get confirmations

Heather needs a promotion, She literally helped me out so much to the point where I want to apply, he was extremely nice and patient especially when explaining what was allowed to be traded in and what wasn’t making sure I had a clear explanation with out being rude. Her service is extremely appreciated and will be back soon to have the experience again!
