Decent experience. Got lots of help. They seem to be welcoming to my dog. Wish they would have prescribed me some meds for my dogs anxiety for her next already scheduled visit.

Checked in my dog at 1210 for his appointment. Still haven't been seen. It's been almost an hour. He's just here for vaccinations and microchip. We are in a room waiting for someone to come in and not one staff checked on us or let us know when vet is gonna come in. Ridiculous.

They have cheaper prices however, when you have an appointment early morning and they make you text a number to check in and then they'll call you. It should be first come first serve or check in ppl that actually have an appointment. People have work in the morning, if drop off is at 7am why can't I just check her in at that time ? On top of that. The deposits you have to make in order to set appointments are annoying

Honestly has been nothing short of a nightmare since getting my cat spayed, 3 days after her appointment I had to take her to an emergency vet because she developed an infection(understandable). 2 days later my cat started to get super sick so another emergency vet trip where i was told my cat had an incurable virus that most likely came from the clinic considering she is an indoor only cat and is only around my other animals. I have 2 bunnies that will die if they get the virus and my other cat is extremely high risk. It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment and I’m up to $900 in vet bills because i chose to go to this place and my cat might not make it through this. I’m never one to bash a non profit but if there’s a risk of disease spreading they need to let their customers know.

Friendly and helpful staff, very affordable prices. They also have several staff members who speak Spanish, which was also helpful. This is the place I recommend any time someone asks me about spay and neuter, as well as vaccinations

I like this place even better than pre pandemic. I like that you can setup an appointment online. It seems to have a much shorter in and out time. Service is pretty quick for vaccinations. Prices are good for exams and prevention medication. The staff is nice. Do not miss your appointment or they will keep your deposit but if you cancel 48 hours in advance you can get your deposit back.
