The next time you are thinking of buying a new car but are stressed over the whole process, seeing Nick and the team at Falcone is a must. Best of all, there are zero surprises!We purchased a new Forester in August from Nick at Falcone. I spent hours and hours beforehand researching and negotiating with dealers, only to find it was all for nothing. I told Nick what I wanted, we quickly settled on a price and options, and that was it. When the car arrived, I knew exactly what the cost was to the penny, and in less than an hour, I was walking out the door with our new Forester. There was no upselling (extended warranty was offered, but not aggressively pushed at all), no hidden fees, no bait and switch. We were sold on the Outback by the time we had finished our conversation and the viewing of the car with Steffon. He explained and discussed the differences of the cars. Definitely quited our concerns on some of the features that we wasn't sure of. I would definitely recommend him and Falcone for future Subaru purchases.

Kind, informative, and expedient in all of our communication and dealings. We are big fans of Falcone. Nick in sales (and Eric before him) and the financial team were on it. In fact, even a last minute rate question was answered with respect and patience. I never felt like I was less than.We LOVE our Outback!Highly recommend and will be return customers.

Eric was helpful and efficient. The purchasing experience was easy to get through and Eric and the financial department explained everything thoroughly. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted by Eric and my vehicle and all paperwork was ready, I spent maybe 10 minutes on the phone prior and 30 minutes in the dealership. Excellent customer service.

Loved my experience working with Ermir. I had been to a few dealerships and felt very pressured to buy same day at all of them- very uncomfortable. As this was my first car I was buying on my own and by myself, it was very important to me that I felt good in the environment I was in and who I was working with. When I went to Falcone and met Ermir- he was so friendly, patient and attentive. I had already seen a car online I was interested in and he had it pulled up waiting for me and let me take my time looking at it and driving it around. I felt no pressure at all. I now have my very first Subaru- 2021 Forester Sport (she’s amazing) and my first car buying experience was wonderful. I’m so grateful and happy! Thanks Ermir! ?

I called on 7/31/23 to make a service appointment as I have a road trip planned in September. I stated that I was told at my last service appointment that I would be needing brake service at my next appointment. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was set for Saturday 8/12/23. I needed to reschedule the 8/12 appointment and called them a week prior. I again stated the need for brake service, oil change, and also said that there were now some electrical issues involving a window and temp display. I was rescheduled to 9am on Saturday, 8/26/23.I arrived to service at 9am on 8/26 and was told by the gentleman checking me in that he saw I requested oil change, brake service, and an electrical issue. He informed me that they did not have the time or staff on a Saturday to do a deep dive into the electrical issue and might not be able to service the brakes depending on what was needed and that I would need to bring the car back on a weekday.There was no apology in regards to their scheduling error until I was visibly irritated at which point a grudging apology was provided followed by blame on the person(s) scheduling. My irritation blossomed into frustration and anger at the dismissive attitude of his responses as I attempted to gain clarity on what brake issues could or could not be fixed during this appointment.There was no attempt to discuss the barriers I have to bringing the car back during the week and how they might assist in removing those barriers.If I had been told at my first, or even second, call that the services I was requesting could not be performed on a Saturday, I would have had time to coordinate my work schedule and request vacation hours to bring it in on a weekday.I intended to discuss this matter with a manager on Monday but in looking over the other reviews it is evident that the attitude displayed on Saturday is part of the Falcone culture. Note that all of the positive reviews have responses and few of the negative reviews do not.Going forward, Falcone will not receive my time, money, or recommendation.

Today I purchased my second Subaru from Falcone. I, once again, had the joy of working with Justin and Jenny for this transaction. Justin has great communication and his calm confidence and humor really make you feel comfortable and well informed about your options. I love the style of sales that don’t feel like sales- just someone presenting you with different solutions and you select the one that you feel offers the best value. This transaction was smooth and efficient. I was in a bit of time crunch and, without compromising on service and quality, these two absolutely created a memorable experience. We got our Subaru Crosstrek from Falcone Subaru and we were very happy with the process, it was ordered for us and got there on time, about a month after we ordered it. The entire staff was super helpful and kind, we were very happy with our sales rep Gene. He was so eager to text us on the updates and also, super excited to finish the sale. Thank you very much Gene and the rest of the Falcone staff.

I can't recommend this place less. We came in today to enquire about the several Forester Premium that were advised as in stock. When we spoke to the sales person he said many were en route and not available until late August or October. Unfortunately when we said we would look at other options with other dealers, the sales person stated, "Everyone is in the same situation, not like you have another option."This was the end of the conversation and the last contact we will have with the dealer, this is not customer service. Instead, we drove two hours north and just arrived home with two brand new foresters!

Just picked up my wife's new, 2024 Crosstrek.We researched for weeks before reaching out to five nearby Subaru dealers, and Falcone was the obvious choice to go with for our purchase.Amanda Wallace was an awesome sales rep from start to finish. We were able to take care of everything by email and text, except the test drive and final purchase/pickup. Sales practices were open and honest with ZERO high pressure sales tactics.100% recommend Falcone for a Subaru purchase and 110% recommend Amanda as the rep to work with!Thanks Amanda!!

We love Falcone. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles and have our car serviced there. Recently Tony helped us out. He’s great and professional. He made me, someone who knows nothing about cars, feel comfortable and spoke with courtesy and professionalism. When we picked up our car there was a long line (rare) because Tony was flying solo, I watched him navigate challenging customers with ease. We will continue to buy from there because I’ve been happy with all my experiences. And if you’re lucky to get there in time, Long’s donuts in the waiting room.

Absolutely a phenomenal experience working with Steffon today. Personal, but not too much. Welcomed any questions, no pressure whatsoever and got us in and out quickly. Got us into a brand new 2024 Lease, with a payment that surprised us.. in the absolute best of ways. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

We had come to Falcone after being treated poorly at Bob Rohrman in Lafayette. We walked out on a deal with them after the final straw of them trying to slip an extended warranty into our purchase without our consent and then lying about it and basically telling us we wasted their time. We drove straight to Indy to Falcone after seeing all the good reviews and confirming you had the car we wanted. Ended up buying a brand new car for the same price as the used 4 year old car they tried to sell us. Everyone we dealt with was upfront and honest. Absolutely will recommend Falcone to anyone we know looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely come back for our next purchase.
