I brought my cat in to see Dr. Smith and Amanda and I could not be happier with them! My girl is dealing with some nasty hotspots that we’ve been trying to heal for over a year. That didn’t stop Dr. Smith and Amanda for brainstorming and coming up with new ideas that our previous vet hasn’t tried before. They were so gentle and loving with my cat who isn’t the biggest fan of being examined. I am so happy to have found such a great clinic and great people to take care of her!

I've been going to the CityWay Animal Clinics since I rescued my dog as a puppy and my experience has always been incredible. Most recently, my pup has had some complications and the team has been amazing in walking me through every detail, ensuring I understand all costs & options, and always following through on their commitments. Everyone on the staff has been delightful to work with. Special shout outs to Susan, Dr. Smith, Jamie, and Amanda who've been especially helpful!!

I've been taking all my Whippets here for years. The staff, vets and techs are all wonderful, educated, and don't "dumb it down" while explaining things to me. They all know I am hyper paranoid about germ exposure with puppies and they exceed my needs. I've referred other pet owners to them and will continue to do so! I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Was having a problem with my mixed breed Dog lucy. A friend of mine told me about this clinic. After making an appointment was able to get seen fairly quickly and schedule a surgery for a tumor to be removed from her ear. Outstanding service outstanding people.

Be prepared to spend at least $500 per visit. Especially as your dog gets older. Bi-annual visits, $480 for an x ray, senior labs costing upwards of $250 done regularly…bend over, folks! Switched vets because I got tired of being guilt tripped for not being willing to ruin my bank account for my dog.

Dr. Smith and Brittany Hanson have been trusted to take care of both of our dogs. We even struggle with one of our dogs not loving strangers and they do so great with him. Always willing to use distractions and accommodate to take the very best care of our pups. They also spend extra time to answer all our questions!

We have been going to City Way Fall Creek for the last 3 years and seeing Dr. Smith. The whole staff is super accommodating and friendly, even with our slightly reactive border collie. They are also flexible in their schedule and have been able to get us in quickly with emergency vet issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith and City Way Vets to anyone.

Our English Bulldog, Walter, has been a patient with City Way for the last 8 yrs (since before it was City Way and was owned by Dr. Phillips.) We’ve had nothing but exceptional care over the years from many of the vets, but particularly over the last couple of years from Dr. Laura Smith. As Walter has entered his senior years, he’s had several issues that have required more care and attention and Dr. Smith has gone above and beyond. She has called numerous times with updates on bloodwork and plans of care, spent weekend hours consulting with internal medicine vets across the country, and really diving into some research for Walter’s specific needs. She’s given him top notch care, and to us, that’s priceless.I’d also like to mention Susan, who has done many laser treatments for Walter. She’s kind, patient, always remembers him when he walks through the door, and has helped with a lot of recommendations as we’ve navigated illness/injuries. 5 stars to City Way Fall Creek!

We've chosen City Way Fall Creek for our now 12 year old pittie's complex medical care for well over 5 years - maybe 8?!Frankie is a perfect brindle baby, but she is absolutely not herself when she goes to the doctor - she has always hated going to vet appointments. The entire office at City Way Fall Creek is patient, caring, and does their best to make our visits as smooth as possible for us (moms) and Frankie. We've seen several providers there, and ultimately Frankie chose Dr. Smith as her favorite. And we can see why! (she also loves Jamie, one of the techs) <3Dr. Smith is thorough, gentle, compassionate, and clearly committed to providing excellent care. She spends extra time to manage Frankie's needs compassionately. She does her due diligence to explain medical information to us and is intentional to ensure Frankie gets the best care whether in house at Fall Creek or being referred out to a specialist.Ultimately, we trust Dr. Smith emphatically with Frankie's care, and we're very grateful to the full team at Fall Creek!

I’ve never seen such dedicated staff who take their time to meet all my pets needs! Compassionate, understanding, accommodating. Hands down, best group of veterinarian professionals around!
