Never use this bank! Worst customer service team hands down. Repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. Very condescending, the entire staff!

Don't Use This Bank! They take FOREVER to process payments and it will cause you to get returned check fees.I'm late on my car payment because they do this. It was paid on time and showed it was processed in my account. Next thing I know, it's disappeared and I have a returned check fee. That $36 fee also caused me to be late on my insurance payment.Don't use this bank. You can do everything right and they will still find a way to screw you over.

I'm so disappointed in the way this CU has went down hill... wth I have direct deposit and been with them for 15 years and they have started charging $10 inactive account on a seperate just savings account(LINKED TO OTHERS) I have...they basically just stole (in fees) the whole balance in my savings account... I moving all my accounts as soon as possible... way to take care of your long standing members....NOT!

A bank straight from the 1960s. Want to make an automated monthly payment? Fill out a paper form! Have a question or issue? Better go into a branch. They collect online questions but they don't actually ANSWER those questions. It's quite a flashback to a time when everything in the world was just a few 1000 percents less convenient.

I’ve never dealt with a bank that is so ready to charge you for every few they possibly can. Oh and wait your were negative for a day? Let’s lock your account even thought your account is back in good standing. I’ll be calling to close my accounts soon. Bank anywhere else.

I’ve been with this credit union for many years.I moved to another side of town but kept them.I use a nearby credit union for deposits & withdrawls. They text me if there seems to be a fraud alert to let me say yes or no to a charge. I have no issues on this side. My gripe is... I can’t connect my family horizon bank accts on accounting softwares to download my transactions NOR can I connect to finance budget apps because they don’t partner with third partyPLAID as all the others do and they block MINT as I tried that too. Their own platform for tracking expenses is HIGHLY GENERIC! As an accountant I am frustrated! I can’t attach my banking anywhere else which simplifies my life because they don’t allow it.I don’t WANT to move my accounts from FHCU but I’m very tempted for this reason.

Very rude agents. They hang up on you with no warning and repeatedly, interrupt you when you are trying to answer their questions and take things personally when they don’t how to answer your questions. They take their rude employees word over their customers and their calls are not recorded.

Don’t let the word Family fool you, this Credit Union cares nothing for your family. I choose to open a minor account here for my 14 year old son to start teaching him how to handle and save money. I don’t know if they are short staffed, have inexperienced staff, or if they just don’t care because we were shuffled in and out of an office very quickly while setting up my sons savings account. We deposited $50 dollars which he had received from his Grandmother for his birthda
