“I found the office staff to be warm, welcoming, and friendly. There was no paperwork to complete since I had pre-registered online. The medical assistant was friendly and asked the appropriate questions, making sure my medicine list was accurate and up-to-date. Dr. Sood was Friendly and knowledgeable of my past medical history. She performed an appropriate history and examination and laid out a clear medical plan going forward. Overall I was very impressed with the care I received at my visit.”

“I have to say that my physician really had cared to come to perform Christian Gospel songs at my mother’s funeral. And I have to look back and comment.
I would like to personally thank from my family and me, to my primary care physician. As I had asked if he could come perform at my mom‘s funeral. The songs he had chose was beautiful and touching to the heart as a Christian. The last song he had performed, had mentioned at the end when you go to heaven, that all pain will be washed away and how you would be whole. This particular part had touched not only my heart but also my family members and friends. It was really nice how he had asked everyone to sing along as he performed. It was a true spiritual awakening. I have felt my mom was looking down from heaven and was smiling. That she had left her physical body, but she was there spiritually. Thank you to Doctor Robert Robinson for taking the time out to come.”
“My spouse and I love this office. They are running on time for appointments every day. Dr Giffen is fantastic. He listens. He’s knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patients.”
“I have been with Trabel for about 3 years and I could not be happier. Hes very attentive, communicative, and patient. If I have a problem, he, or honestly anyone on staff, always goes above and beyond to help.”
“I completed a rotation in this clinical externship program in Indianapolis in February 2026, and I had a really great experience. It provides valuable hands-on exposure to primary care and urgent care, which is very helpful for IMGs preparing for U.S. residency.
Dr. Khan is an excellent mentor. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to explain his clinical thinking and answer questions. The staff in the clinic are also very warm and kind, and they were very supportive during my rotation.
This program helped me improve my clinical documentation, patient communication, and overall understanding of how medicine is practiced in the U.S. I would definitely recommend it to other IMGs looking for meaningful U.S. clinical experience.”
