I was at Big O tires Friday morning and out by noon. Joe was very helpful and kept me informed on what was happening. This was my first time there but definitely not my last.

Went here to get a squeaky noise taking care of. I was told that it was my brake pad hardware and pads. He was so certain that was the issue, so I paid for that to get fixed. Weeks later here I am with the same noise. Went back up there to hear people in the shop swearing that it's not squeaky anymore. Test drove it with one of the guys and what do you know, ITS STILL SQUEAKY. Now they claim its the rotors. I believe they were guessing and wishing for the best. So with the new pads and a ton of grease that they put on it was quiet for about a week. Once that grease wore off the noise came back. I hate spending money on parts that really not needed. It's a so full of clowns who don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time going here.

My car was misdiagnosed and told I needed new tires and rims only to find out when I left that the actual issue wasn’t resolved. The mechanics are not competent and didn’t communicate the actual issues with me as a customer. The tires were not properly mounted to my vehicle and I now I have tires and rims that weren’t actually placed on my car. Additionally I later found out from my dealership that parts were missing from the control arm. Very dissatisfied and upset I failed to receive a refund for this terrible work.

Well let’s see…I don’t like to be treated like an idiot first off! When I ask someone to see if they can find a missing piece from my vehicle that they serviced, and then act like they don’t even know what I am talking about, or what it even is…maybe they should not be working on cars!I did not get the name of the guy working at the front desk, but he was really rude and not helpful. If you think I am being a Karen, then maybe I am if you make me set there for an hour and have no damn idea what the piece I am missing from my car is! Then act like I am interrupting your day by asking you if you found it! Not one “I’m sorry or we can’t find it” or “maybe we can fix this situation!”I left after asking! I would never recommend or suggest this place! There might be professional people that work there, but out of the 4 I met, I would suggest no.

Customer service is top notch at this location (you'll see why by the time you get to the end). Recently, they did a complete brake job, new tires, and installed a new battery in May 2023. They did a fantastic job and the price was more than fair.Fast forward to August 12th, 2023. I went in to get my tires rotated. I had scheduled an 11am appointment online ahead of time. Understandably, they were a little busy since it was a Saturday and pulled my car in to do the rotation at 11:30. I'm thinking no more than 30 minutes to do the job. After 45 minutes, I knew there might be a problem. That's when I spoke to Joe, who informed me that my lugnuts were swollen (common on Ford Fusions) and all 20 needed to be replaced. Joe said that because of the inconvenience, he would only charge me cost of the lugnuts. No extra labor charges, nothing. Said it would be $30-40. It took quite a bit of time, but his technicians finally got all 20 lugnuts off. This took about an hour or so (by my estimation) to accomplish.Joe then informed me that he ordered lugnuts from a couple area auto parts stores. Said he had to get "creative" as one store had 3 and the other 17. Regardless, he got them and they would be delivered to the shop at some point. The lugnuts were finally delivered and installed. At this point, I had been there 4 hours waiting. I was patient and understood that things happen.Shortly before installing the lugnuts, Joe thanked me for my patience and that because I had waited at his store over 4 hours at this point, that the entire job would not cost me ANYTHING! I was floored! How many businesses eat the cost of a job (albeit small) to satisfy and keep customers coming back? I don't know too many. Do you?In the end, the job was done and I lost an entire afternoon, but despite all of that, I will return to this location in a heartbeat. It's clear that this Big O location truly does care and goes WAY above and beyond for the customer, something that is lacking in this day and age.

Had a flat tire today and took it in to see about a patch. Noticed I had ran over a nail. Fella in there named Mark had it patched for me for free. I can't promise you'll get a patch or service for free but I can promise you they'll work with you, and because of this gesture they've earned themselves a new customer. They even put it back on for me. This saved my life today. I did have the money but we all living paycheck to paycheck right now.

I went into the Big O to have a tire replaced after it went flat. It wasn’t a very old tire, so it was a bummer to replace it, but that was fine anyway. Champ, the store manager, helped me pick out the right tire to replace the flat. I was fully prepared to pay $200 for the new tire we had picked out, when he let me know that it could just be repaired instead. Once he explained how the repair process works, I decided to go for it. I went to Big O ready to spend at least $200, and left without spending a dime because the repair was free. They could have easily sold me a tire I didn’t need, but saved me the money instead. I’ll recommend this Big O to everyone from now on! If all of this wasn’t enough, all the staff members were also so nice to my toddlers. It was an exceptional experience.

I had a tire with low air pressure and took it to Big O tires on German Church rd. As they were checking the tires, they noticed a nail or piece of metal in a tire and said they could fix it now. As I was giving my info at the desk and ready to pay for the patch, I was told they do not charge for this type of service. Amazing and they were done with the patch in about 20 mins. Thank you Big O Tires for great service!

Brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for my high beams to be replaced. Was told the whole front bumper had to be removed. I understand that many new models require this, but my vehicle does not. I told the customer service guy who brought out the mechanic. The mechanic just reiterated his opinion and said he didn't have time to discuss. In fact, he said, you can go to another mechanic who has time to explain it to you. Jerk.I was provided a $650 quote that included $200 for the two bulbs and labor, and $450 for a new battery bc he also said my battery was "bad".I refused service. Took my car to Auto Zone across the street. Bought new bulbs, installed them myself following the manual. Front bumper removal not required. Had AZ test my battery: 77% battery life.Lying crook working in that shop.

Very helpful, quick, good communication, and did great work. Would recommend. Only con is there was some grease smudged inside of the car after they finished, but it wiped off easily.

Great service. They had sold the two tires I had called about previously, but they still took care of me and got me a great deal.
