Arrived on time for my appointment. I immediately got a door and was out in 30 minutes.

Empty in 30 min and they signed over a 100 pages of bills,every single one! Overnight parking at the back of the building.

I was here 7:30 am after 45 they gave me a dock I am sitting in the dock for one and half hour and they have not started unloading me people on forklift talking walking around in the warehouse I had to cancel the load which I was to pickup just 20 miles from me

On 9/17/2022 I had to deliver at 7am and I got here at 6:50am.they took my paperwork quickly put me in a door and nothing else was done.I came in after 20mins wanted to use the restroom some guy sitting by the far corner table won’t even have the decency of coming to the door to help I was really in need of .he just won’t respond.lazy workers

Got there for a delivery on 6-29-22 staff very ignorant. No communication at all. Was there for 20 minutes waiting for directions from shipping and receiving by door 13 front of main building. So sad such a big company and no good at all.

SMH !!! I hv never seen a warehouse with 5 different receiving entrances saying FASTENAL RECEIVING OFFICE !!!! Make sure you have an extra hour to find where exactly you getting unloaded or loaded good luck

6045 building. Overnight parking. The guy at building 6045 unloaded me super fast ,under 30 min. Super nice dude.
